OT - moderators please delete - testing link code only

Moderators please delete. Links do not show up as links in Preview mode (OS X 10.5 Safari 3 and Firefox 3); this post is to test if they work once posted to the forum. Necessary because I'd like to post a topic with several links to my graphical resources for the use of NewsBusters members and I want to make sure it'll work. Apologies and thanks in advance.

I went to foo.com and found it to be a pay site.

Sorry, did not mean to imply that *foo*.com was a real site. I used what I thought was an obvious placeholder convention to convey the structural issue I'm trying to resolve.

No, what I'm experiencing is a code interpretation issue, as per the link instructions at http://newsbusters.org/filter/tips. It shouldn't affect other site functions. Thanks for the reply.
