Noel Sheppard's favorite adjective?

I'm kinda new, and this is just an observation, but it didn’t take long for me to notice that Noel likes to use the word “delicious” (or “deliciously”) when he posts:

Clinton Front Group Cherry-picks a Fight with NewsBusters

…More deliciously…

…Deliciously, when Sullivan said…

Helen Thomas Smacked Down by Press Secretary Perino

…watch the entire delicious exchange…

And that’s just so far in December.

The best variation I’ve seen? Why, it has to be “exquisitely delicious“!

Of course, I couldn’t help but ponder the question: What the heck is so yummy over here?

Delicious

Well, ChenZen, he used it a couple of times and we found it so endearing we now demand it of Noel.

In fact we might wonder about the authenticity of the article if some aspect of the story were not "delicious"

True story

I ♣ My Seal

For Noel, this sort of

For Noel, this sort of thing is quite literally his bread and butter.

He can't get enough of talking heads who make total asses of themselves to millions of people a day and don't even know they're doing it.

And that's what I like about him.

It's just

It's just an odd choice IMO.  I can't help but think of someone folding their hands and grinning and saying it with a Gollum voice or something.

interesting, i use the word

interesting, i use the word "tricksee" about libs here and there - and i use the gollum voice when i do it, precious...it is freaky

That's not all you do that

That's not all you do that is "freaky"

See every post you've made in the last 4 months for specifics.

N B should use this in their advertising:

Delicious

Someone asked Noel about this a while back...and he said he also used it in his day to day speech.

Noel was on Dennis Miller's radio show a few months back, and I heard him use it, too.  Of course, Dennis picked up on it with some rather, um, deliciously funny remarks.

David Gregory, do you know which damn network you lie for? ~ Uncle Jimbo, @Blackfive

Dennis Miller has a radio show?

Yeah

Al Franken tried to copy him but failed

Learn something every day

I had no idea.  I looked it up, and it appears that he's on 1570 AM here in the morning.  I might have to check it out.

Trademark

Delicious is Noels trademark. Keep using it Noel!

I love Delicious! Apart

I love Delicious! Apart from Noel's frequent use of the word, I never hear it used anymore in common dialogue. The word itself just sounds so... well, delicious!
