For instance....we have lots of new users who have difficulty creating hyperlinks.
Hints on using the site or quickly navigating?
Finding/tracking posts and/or conversatons?
Technical things....or just generic questions?

That's definitely one feature on your list that needs some improving. Especially, some alert or separate list of posts (and the posters) that responded to my posts.
Also, the on-again-off-again listing of people online.... wazzap wid dat ??? A) it's erratic, and B) it only lists 10 people. Can there be some "see everyone online" link that takes you to a full list? And also, a list that is in order of who logged-in last, perhaps?
And then the in-house NB chat. If there can be a full-window, like Chatzy has, that would be tha' bomb.

Right now you have to click on the persons name to remove them, but "access denied" is all I get

I have a trick, when you find yourself in the middle of a huge comment column..
click on anybodies reply button... then just hit the home button.
shazam you are at the NB home...
However all bets are off if you are on dial-up.

This makes finding replies to your comments, WAY FASTER
The *new shows all the new comments, not just the first one.
Blonde gets you to the top of page in a hurry. If you are signed in.
It's a blast.

If you are not logged in, and you to click on a new comment on the right hand side , very rarely does it go to the new post and it takes about 5 minutes to be able to view that comment. No big deal just an observation.
