NB going down again intermittently

It started at about 4:49 AM. I get the same server error screen I got yesterday.

NB abd Drupal error message

Here it the text of the error:

Unable to connect to database server

If you still have to install Drupal, proceed to the installation page.

If you have already finished installed Drupal, this either means that the username and password information in your settings.php file is incorrect or that we can't connect to the MySQL database server. This could mean your hosting provider's database server is down.

The MySQL error was: Too many connections.

Currently, the username is nbdrupalclient and the database server is 10.10.10.2.

* Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
* Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
* Are you sure that the database server is running?

For more help, see the Installation and upgrading handbook. If you are unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your hosting provider.

Thank you....glad to know I am not the only one...I have attempted to post two different posts...the site keeps going down, like it did a few days ago in the afternoon...dang it all anyway, it does get aggravating, just when you get all settled in.....

Since I'm still seeing the same thing from time to time, I'm curious, what's the word on these problems? Is NB simply becoming too popular for its server to handle?
