I hope you understand my precautions concerning my situation.  The better attys I had, both believed and professed the family court system is not to the legal standards I had hoped.  Mr. Kalicki advised me to walk away from everything; the estate, my property and my life.  Mr. Springgate suggested I accept a certain amount of corruption.  The time I’ve been involved in this has affirmed I need to stand for my family and myself.  I find I cannot stand for the degradation & slander to the character & moral fiber I have worked my life to create.

I like the idea of being held to a higher standard by those charged to protect my father’s estate, but I believe they do not scrutinize themselves as they scrutinize me.

All events point to the idea those charged to protect, are exploiting to their personal satisfaction.  What is hard to believe (dangerous) is the attitude of arrogance and invincibility those people in charge has.  Their ethics are absolutely non-existent.  The behavior is indicative of a lack of respect.  I believe they do not fear either because of ineptness or corruption of the family court system.   Disregard of NRS 159. xxx [rules applicable to guardianships] by the family court (by one specific judge really). – the majority of Reno area attorneys hesitant to get involved in a very easy problem to solve, especially based on events leading to the current mess.

STANDARD OF TRUTH

An Analogy, In terms of what we confront everyday…;  Where an executive is on the defense of a smear campaign.   It starts by being branded with little or no 'public' (media) creditability.  The adversary is assumed to be truthful, even though it is not.  By the time the other side can be publicized as lying, time has moved on and barely an apology appears.  Soon the weight of (public) disapproval takes its toll.  Everyone questions when the executive will clean up the mess.  Debate if there was actually a mess has become useless.  The other side has seized the early advantage to establish itself as the standard of truth.
With no benefit of any doubt, the other side stands an excellent chance of succeeding.  To become the standard of truth when on one believes (me) is to open to the risks no one would take if (I) were planning for dishonesty.  For good or bad, the whole story is there for everyone to see. This means exposure, complete and total of myself.  What is also important is there is little (no) way to sustain claims of an offensive has been committed.  Against the odds, perspective has to change.  It is about my only victory possible.

Racism comes in all colors you ignorant chimpanzee.
