Cut which programs?

Assuming Congress got serious about cutting spending, what should be cut?

My list of programs and projects to cut include the following:

Amtrac subsidies

Ethanol subsidies

Tax credits for solar panels

National Endowment for the Arts

National Public Radio

Corporation for Public Broadcasting

All of the Department of Education

TSA (I believe the various airlines can take care of their own security, especially if they are allowed to profile passengers... it works for Israel.)

Department of preventing Energy independence

EPA (they have gone way beyond their charter, and have repeatedly ignored science for political correctness)
