Oh, a forum on cupcakes! Cool.
That reminds me of my ballerina-themed birthday party. I took a lot of ballet growing up, and my Mom used every shade of pink possible to put together the prettiest ballerina-themed birthday party for me when I turned eight.
The homemade cupcakes were delicious -- strawberry -- with that really soft-pink frosting (also homemade). She hand-made little ballerinas (all different colored costumes) to put on each cupcake. Fourteen giggling girls surrounded by pink goodness. Lovely memory.

You have no idea how many times i had bad cupcakes. Especially when they are dry. They need to be nice and moist. You can learn many lessons from a cupcake
evah. Hands down. No contest. Unless it's a secret, I'm going to get the recipe from her and email it to you to try out.
