If we opened access to our natural supplies of oil, gas and coal our economy would boom as the steady supply and the keeping of billions (trillions) of dollars inside this country would create a climate that would encourage manufacturers to create new jobs here in the US.

Sorry, but I AM in fact talking about your precious, beloved UnfairTax. I in fact understand it perfectly well - you aren't the first UnfairTax religionist I have run into - and all of you do the exact same thing when countered. All of you whine about how opponents really don't understand it.
That must be easier than facing a counter-argument squarely and with intellectual honesty.
Instead of urging me to read your propaganda, I urge you to study economics, which is a subject it seems you were never taught in school, or ignored altogether. A consumption tax - which, by your own admission, and by my looking at this proposal - is a regressive tax. ALL consumption taxes - sales taxes and the like - are regressive.
And disturbingly, you would love it if the government attacked the biggest part of the GDP, and became a Big Parent by giving people allowances to buy food and clothing...but become positively enraged at the notion that the government would dare outlaw incest.
Before lecturing people on your UnfairTax proposal, maybe you ought to take some time and get you priorities in order. Because your priorities are very warped and screwed up beyond comprehension.
Finally, if you HAVE to call your tax proposal "fair", there is a 99% chance that IT ISN'T FAIR. "Fair" is relative and is a virtue that can ONLY speak for itself.

No, I have not seen Avengers on Disney XD. The Batman I recommend is pretty good, it is the story of the second Robin. I saw the other night on Disney a young Justice League. It was pretty good. They are sons, apprentices of Superman, Batman, Aquaman, etc, etc.
Have you been keeping up with Smallville? Last night's episode was pretty good. I think the show is going out with a bang. They have stopped the ridiculous love story and diviing into the DC Universe stories.
