I have had it with Google's left wing bent and now they want to censor anything remotely right wing regarding their 'messiah' Osama Bama on their search engine? Is this a step toward internet socialism?

For me it's buh-bye Google! I'll find another search engine to install!

BTW - anyone waiting for the MSM to put blame regarding the spray-painting of 60 vehicles in Orlando with anti-Osama Bama messages on "crazed conservatives"?

Word need to get out about this big time...then usually after the radio talk shows and the internet sites complain loudly, it does get to the television screens...at least a word of three on Fox ect...they are the highest rated so word getting out there would be great too...

Google blogs have a "flag this" feature that anyone can use to report a blog. I'm guessing if a blog is flagged, it automatically revokes posting priveleges until someone from Google reviews them. Not trying to stick up for Google, trust me, but if they were truly trying to silence these blogs, they wouldn't have left them up. More than likely it was an Obama supporter trying to take them down by reporting them. Since they are still up, and since at least one blog confirmed it has had posting priveleges returned, it would seem they failed.

This should be THE wake up call reminiscent of Paul Revere's ride. This is a crystal-clear violation of the First Amendment. Period.  Google has become so arrogant and isolated they absolutely believe in stone that they are above the law, just as their friends in the Limo Libs community.

I stopped using Google as a search engine a long time ago, when I discovered George Soros has a huge financial interest in the place, and I sincerely regret that is where my blog is located, too.

Another thing, the use of the word "Google" by all manner of newscaster, journalist, comedian, and late night talk show host has become akin to the use of the word "Kleenex" and stopping this generic usage of the word to represent a search engine should begin immediately.  The term "search engine" should always be used as there are lots of them out there.

Yeah, it's a cute word, invented by Dr Brown's ten-year-old son to represent a "1" with 100 zeros after it, but to toss it about so willy-nilly is really infuriating.  That's one of the reasons it became so popular, by on-air talking heads saying, "Google it."

I checked my blog, all is well, so far.  However; should it be identified as a "spam blog" (I belong to no outside affiliates, my blog is a solo effort with no advertisements, either), my attorney (hopefully with some unknown ACLU connections for the ultimate in sarcasm and irony) has been put on stand-by, this NewsBusters article in-hand, regarding this situation and Google will have to pay for unquestioningly infringing, with malice and aforethought, on my First Amendment rights.

I hope all those blogs affected are currently in the process of speaking with their attorney's, too.

Democrats of the extreme variety, Obama supporters, specifically - If they disagree with you, they will do everything, legal and illegal, to silence you.

Every right-wing site I have ever visited tolerates the inane voice of the left.  No blocking, no banning, just completely free speech.  The left, as is proven time and time again, will NOT tolerate differing points of view.  Tow the line, submit to group think, be brainwashed completely or you will suffer consequences never imagined.  That's how the extreme left conducts their (un)reasonable and (ir)rational usual business.

It is odd, though, that Google will shut down opposing political voices but is happy to allow pedophiles to continue their blogs with postings of recruitment and where to go to find children to violate.

Will Letterman or Leno crack a joke about this most egregious violation of the First Amendment on their shows Monday night?  Will the MSM pick this up and expose this outrageous (and completely accepted by the left) practice?

Google have also used Firefox's anti-spoofing feature to block The American Spectator's blog by falsely reporting it as an "attack site".
