Just for kicks, this would be what a Chris Matthews homage to Obama would sound like:

Barack is my shepherd, I shall not want

He makes me lay down my Hardball, he stills my dissent to quiet waters

he restores my Camelot soul. He guides me in paths of purple-state unity for his name’s sake.

Even though I walk through the valley of partisan rancor, I will fear no obstructionist, for you are with me.

Your calm and your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a studio before me, in the presence of the Ditto-heads.

You anoint my head with your charisma; my thrill overflows.

Surely, the audacity of hope and change will follow me all the days of my life,

and I will dwell in the house bought with Rezko forever.

The Cult of Obama

The sudden passing (by stab wound) of David Koresh's mother reminds us of the cult like infatuation many journalists have with Obama. Religious energy is atavistic. It manifests itself in unrealistic cult like Obama adoration in reporters who choose to live as heathens by embracing a philosphy that is the antithesis of religion: moral equivalence.

(Chris if this offends you or makes you angry that's good. The next step is to develop a set of moral principles to guide you through life).

I recall hearing this when I was very young. Could be said of the ONE.

Mr Roosevelt is my Shepherd, I am in want.
He maketh me lie down on park benches.
He leadeth me beside still factories.
He leadeth me in the path of destruction for the New Deal's sake.
Yea, tho I walk through the valley of depression, I anticipate no recovery, for he is with me.
His policies and diplomacies they frighten me.
He prepareth a reduction in my salary.
And in the presence of my enemies, He anointed my small income with taxes.
My expenses runneth over.
Truly unemployment shall follow all the days of my life.

If anyone doesn't understand the "liberal" enemies of the people yet, let them watch Matthews and Olbermann a few times ( that's all you can take without being sick ). Immature, illogical, uneducated, vindictive, vile, hypocritical are just some of the adjectives which describe the amoral modern relativists who call themselves "liberal". Of course, they are not "liberal" at all, but rather are close-minded, pathetic poltroons when it comes to standing for truth. Their socialist, elitist ideology- whereupon the few run the many- trumpets their hypocrisy to the world. Their refusal to meet their Consitutional responsibility and report the truth no matter how much it hurts is a major cause of the demise of democracy in America. Dante had these creatures far down in the circles of Hell. Ironically, it is only there that they will be able to bolster their lies about Global Warming.

I would caution you against such satire misusing God's word.

With all the talented writers on staff here, surely there are other sources through which you can use satire.

Chris Matthews can be a guy who is on the run and hiding out amongst a group of nuns.

While he is there he becomes the leader of their choir and teaches them to sing together.At the end of the movie Chris can lead the choir into an inspirational verse of his favorite song.

"I will follow him...follow him where he may go..."

We can call it Shuster Act.

Because with a name like Obama... you know it has to be good.
