They Really Care

Several media outlets used the second anniversary of Hurricane Katrina as an excuse to promote the 2008 Democratic candidates. On CNN, right after running a glowing piece on Democrats such as Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, anchor Soledad O’Brien sermonized that "no event has damaged the Bush White House more than Katrina." Over on ABC, "Good Morning America" co-host Robin Roberts claimed that candidates from "both parties" would travel to New Orleans to "point out the Bush administration's shortcomings in fixing many problems that still exist, like those being forced to still live in trailers."

Those Vile Republicans

"Hardball" regular David Shuster managed to combine both the Katrina coverage with the scandal over Senator Larry Craig. He bizarrely claimed that the Craig incident "adds moral insult to the injuries being suffered today by the victims of Hurricane Katrina."

Not That We’re Piling On...

The major networks continued this lecturing theme. NBC’s Matt Lauer labeled the scandal a "conservative crisis." He also excitedly wondered, "Can the right-wing withstand yet another scandal involving one of its own?" CBS’s Katie Couric asserted that the Craig controversy is an example of how the "GOP is already under a cloud" of probes.

No Wonder The Ratings Are So Low

In a recent print interview, Bernard Shaw blamed, as only a former CNN anchor could, virulent racism for the illegal immigration debate. According to Shaw, illegal aliens "are here, and they are a vital part of the American fabric."

Despite all the media bias, everyone at NewsBusters would like to wish our readers a terrific Labor Day weekend!

Liberals can Get on the I 35 wagon

These inept, ignorant and bought and paid for shills of the Rockefeller establishment should READ their emails from the Teamsters in the real problems with what President Bush is allowing to go through.

RIGHT NOW there are meetings with the Canadian for a "unified Canada, Mexico and America" which the Canadian PM is telling Condi Rice to stay home because he is getting so much flack over this.

Everyone remembers the I 35 bridge, well that is part of the super highway line from the San Antonio staging area coming out of Mexico (monitored by the way by Chinese Communist RFID tags ON OUR HIGHWAYS) and going up via Minnesota into Canada.

What will be on this super trade highway IS Mexican trucks with NO BREAKS as in 75 mph 40 ton semi trucks running over you in your SUV. This is already happening.

The MSM though just like global warming is using Katrina to cover this destruction of American sovereignty. It is insane with American's requiring good paying jobs that our truck manufacturers, mechanics and truckers are now being cut out of this market which America needs all for murderous Mexicans running vehicles that should be in the junk pile.

That is the story on Katrina pure and simple. The Teamsters are absolutely right on this one and it is high time they stopped being the milk nipple for Democrats and start backing GOP candidates who are going to protect Americans and American jobs.

If you think the Canadian

If you think the Canadian PM is going to agree to some NAU, you are mistaken. I remember a previous PM named Brian Mulroney who signed the NAFTA deal, despite the fact that most Canadians were against it. The conservative party was elected just TWO seats in parliment in the next election. I think Stephen Harper is smarter than that.
