Leno: 'No Word' Yet If Romney's 'Rooting for Switzerland, Bermuda, Luxembourg, or Cayman Islands' at Olympics
Obama-loving news outlets aren't the only ones hyperventilating over presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney's international investments.
NBC Tonight Show host Jay Leno insultingly jumped on the bandwagon during his monologue Thursday (video follows with transcript and commentary):
"Mitt Romney announced he is going to the Olympics in London next month," teased Leno. "No word if he’s going to be rooting for Switzerland, Bermuda, Luxembourg, or the Cayman Islands."
Isn't that hysterical, especially if you consider Romney left an extremely profitable position with Bain Capital to work for nothing to save the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City?
Suggesting Romney would be rooting for anyone other the USA is deplorable even in jest.

Lenos a left-winged washed-up hack!

Use to watch him-I also used to poop my pants, but realized that was wrong, and smelly, so stopped!
Is that something you stopped doing recently ?

Sorry, I could not resist but your statement begs a response.
Actually Leno's comment was very funny and probably fact based.
And, you're "probably" a fool.

iceberg is Obama. The question is, will Romney get the chance to come to the rescue in time? Four more years of Obama and we are sunk for sure.
Fact based?

There is nothing to suggest Romney dislikes the U.S.A. He wasn't the one sitting in a church as the preacher screamed "God damn the U.S.A."
Obama has been doing his darndest to destroy the country, and he's succeeding. Romney has created jobs and helped this country with the Salt Lake City Olympics.
You got that right. I have found through experience that...

Liberals do what they they accuse Conservatives of doing. We all know the term for it. It is called "projection".
That comment was funnier than Jays said in the last 3 years!

I gave up on him, after watching this hack for 17-yes, OVER SEVENTEEN years! Once he quit The Tonight Show, I quit him. Couldnt take his nightly Bush bashing, GOP bashing, and fawning praise for O'Bozo with every Follyweirdo kook on promoting their agenda, with him agreeing and feeding them right wing hit pieces! As we say in Italian-BASTA-enough! I had enough! And of course, he cant wait to rip into Romney-a fellow Bay Stater of his, but doesnt matter, cause Mitt is a-gasp-Republican!
Funny? Fact based? Only if you are a Liberal and...

believe Obama is good for the Country! Remember, starting this year, Liberals vote on the first Wednesday following the first Tuesday in November. Obama signed an Executive Order to that effect.
I know who Obama will be cheering for...

...Kenya! and maybe Indonesia
That joke could be more accurately applied to Obama.

Just who will Obama be rooting for? Venezuela? Cuba? Egypt? Iran? Problem is, if he did the joke that way it would not be funny. It would be true!
Now THAT was funny!

You should write for him, but youre probably not left winged fanatical enough for him!
And count me in as one who would watch Carsons monologue BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!
And yes, I used to watch Jay, but he NEVER could touch Johnny, and was ok til he went all lib on us!
Never liked Lefterman, only watched if he had a GREAT guest on, but now I cant even look at him!
