Rosie O'Donnell and Jane Lynch to Guest Host for CNN's Piers Morgan

If you were a cable news executive, and one of your hosts was going on vacation, would you allow far-left entertainers to fill in?

As TVNewser reported Friday, Rosie O'Donnell and Jane Lynch are actually guest-hosting for CNN's Piers Morgan next week:

CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight” is following in the footsteps of its predecessor “Larry King Live,” and having guest-hosts for all of next week while Morgan is in London filming “Life Stories.”

Among those filling in for Morgan: Wolf Blitzer, Glee’s Jane Lynch, Ad exec and NBC regular Donny Deutsch, Rosie O’Donnell and Arsenio Hall.

To be sure, NewsBusters readers are well aware of all the disgraceful things O'Donnell has done in recent years.

Amongst Lynch's credits, she called Sarah Palin stupid during one episode of "Glee," and while hosting last year's Emmy Awards, she mocked the Tea Party as being anti-Latina.

And these far-left characters are what CNN executives think are fitting guest-hosts on their network.

Says a lot doesn't it?

Submitted by killa37 on Fri, 03/09/2012 - 7:52pm.

Is there any difference between either one of these dimwits and Long Walk/Short Piers??? And will it have any impact on the number of people watching??

Since Piers will be sitting in front of the TV chewing his french nails, hoping management isn't dropping him.

O'D and Lynch have penii.

As to the ratings, as Jethro Bodine said, "Naught times naught is naught. Naught times one is naught...."

I'd say that using 'low ratings' and 'ALGORE TV' in the same sentence is an example of redundancy!!!! How could it be anything BUT????

With Jenny's husband watching, and Virg Bernero, her audience is up to two now. She lost her biggest bands of admirers when Kwame Kilpatrick and his crime family were sent to jail, or indicted.

Anybody find it strange that one of the house libs seems to have a "thang" for Lynch?

Submitted by Kenny Bunkport on Fri, 03/09/2012 - 8:39pm.

I'm not sure that this will have any measurable effect on the quality of the show.

In a similar move, I heard a rumor that when Wolf Blitzer takes his next vacation, the stand-ins will be Triumph the Insult Comic Dog and Madame the puppet.

I've never seen two lesbos do the wild thing. Do you think they will? CNN is only on cable not broadcast on air. These are two mean lesbos. They hate anything to do with conservatives. I wonder if they'll have the poor little rich girl. Sandra Fluke on there?

I wonder how Piers does compared to Larry King. Or does anyone at CNN care? Seems like the show is even worse. Even some rabid libs I know don't like Piers.

I'd like to thank Hollywood for renewing my interest in reading.

Kimberly Guilfoyle is a rather interesting looking woman, that's for sure. I can't tell if she's really attractive, or a borderlilne cartoon character - but I don't mind looking at her!!! I don't know her political pursuasion either, although I get the feeling that she comes under the category of 'reforming lib', or something like that.

Anyway, my TV's been off for a while, but I rarely watch the news anyway - so I'm not up to date as much as I could be. Of course, I also like Megyn Kelly, Michelle Malkin, Laura Ingraham.............and I've seen a 'black' gal occasionally who is very attractive and very sharp - but I don't know her name. I find Ann Coulter to be entertaining, but her psuedo-ditz routine gets tiring, and she's got a history of hanging with some real morons.
