Elisabeth Hasselbeck: Joy Behar's 'A Closet Republican - She's Just Not Ready to Come Out'

The View's Elisabeth Hasselbeck said Thursday that co-host Joy Behar is a closet Republican.
Such occurred after NBC Late Night's Jimmy Fallon asked her, "Is it hard to be the only conservative on The View? I mean, basically you're getting into arguments every single day" (video follows with transcribed highlights and commentary):
Fallon followed, "Gosh, that must be stressful."
"I think there were stressful times," said Hasselbeck. "We won't describe them, but they were there."
One quite imagines how stressful things were with Rosie O'Donnell on the set.
"Now," continued Hasselbeck, "things are not so stressful. You know, I think we have a friendly table."
"I love all the girls on The View," interjected Fallon.
"They're great," said Hasselbeck. "Joy's a closet Republican - she's just not ready to come out with it yet."
Fallon's crowd didn't believe her.

When you have the democrats as closet communists. Joy might just be in that closet before being in the Republican closet.
There are many who think they are democrats but have much more in common with the right if not for one or two things that put them off. Then can never be with that side so they are democrats, as there is no other choice. Downfall of the two party system as the two parties are really 5 parties with a big middle party which people can be either side depending on the issue. As well the far edges also touching in a circle.

It's just that the D's & msm {but I repeat myself} have done such a bang up job as painting C's as Theocratic nut jobs, people have shied away from the R's and flocked to the D's on 1 issue, like gays, etc..
BUT... with the death of the "Blue Dog D's" I think the choice is now down to far leftism via Pres. Obama/Reid/Pelosi or voting R.

The idea that the leading idiot on that show has anything in common with a thinking adult human is discusting. I have serious doubt that she doesn't have someone following her around to remind her to breath. Her total lack of intelligence is shown almost on a daily basis. She has show no talent to speak of either as a commentator or as a host.

Ol' Liz to me is nowhere near a conservative. A moderate, maybe leans to the right a little, but she alienated herself as a conservative in my view when she not only endorsed SSM, but dis'd the Pope in doing so.
She may appear to be a conservative to a die-to-the-wool liberal, but she's really as "conservative" as David Frum or David Brooks.
