Saturday Sports Open Thread

Happy Sports Saturday, NBers!

First question: Will the Rockies make this Series a series? Or, have the eight days off silenced their thunder?

Second question: Now that Cal is out of it, do you really care about College Football anymore?

Just kidding!!!

What are today's must-see games?

For myself, I think West Virginia better bring it when they visit Rutgers, for the Scarlett Knights are certainly feeling good after their upset of USF last week, and can be tough at home ESPECIALLY with Tony Soprano in attendance!

Speaking of which, USF better bring it when they head to UCONN, 'cause the Huskies are on a roll, and looking tough.

As for the Gators, Blonde, I've been picking your team the past couple of weeks, but am nervous about your visit to Georgia today. Dawgs lookin' good, and this could be a HUGE victory for them if they can pull it off. Good luck. (Update at 3:41 PM EST -- Either I read it wrong, or ESPN had it wrong, but I thought this game was in Georgia. That not being the case, I change my view, and believe Gators will win this. Sorry for the smear, Blonde. :-) )

Moving forward, Jayhawks BETTER bring it when they meet A&M. This could be a GREAT game.

Tennessee will get back into the Top 25 with an upset over South Carolina.

Cal will show up in Tempe, after two lousy games, and upset the Sun Devils!

Finally, I know the Ducks are TOUGH in Eugene, but USC wants back in the BCS mix, and they NEED this game to do it. Pete will have the Trojans ready for this one!
