Rodman Cancels TV Appearances After Disastrous ABC Interview

As NewsBusters reported, NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman had a truly disastrous appearance on ABC's This Week Sunday.

According to TVNewser, this apparently has led the good friend of North Korean despot Kim Jong Un to cancel subsequent television interviews:

Following his…memorable… appearing on ABC’s “This Week,” ex-NBA star Dennis Rodman apparently had a number of other media appearances lined up. The key word there is had, because he seems to have been canceling them.

After “This Week.” Rodman was supposed to be interviewed by ESPN’s Bob Ley for an upcoming episode of “Outside The Lines.” As Those Guys Have All The Fun author James Andrew Miller noted, however, it didn’t play out:

Rodman was also supposed to appear on CNN's Situation Room Monday, but that too was canceled according to TVN.

Mediaite reports that Rodman skipped out on a Today show appearance Monday as well.

Did The Worm's agents take a look at his interview skills with George Stephanopoulos and come to the conclusion that he just wasn't ready for primetime?

Or did they just not want their client going on more television stations talking about how one of America's sworn enemies is an awesome guy and a good friend?

Stay tuned.
