Maher: If You Showed Michelle Malkin Obama's Resume Without Saying Who It Was She'd 'Name Her Vibrator “Obama”'

Bill Maher on his HBO program Friday said, "If you just presented the Republicans with Obama's resume and didn't say who it was, they would erect statues to this guy."

After mentioning the deaths of Osama bin Laden and Moammar Gaddafi, Maher continued, "Just the killing alone, Michelle Malkin would name her vibrator 'Obama'” (video follows with transcript and commentary):

BILL MAHER, HOST: If you just presented the Republicans with Obama's resume and didn't say who it was, they would erect statues to this guy. He killed bin Laden, he killed Gaddafi, he saved us from a depression. I mean all, just, just the killing alone, Michelle Malkin would name her vibrator “Obama.”

[Laughter]

JOSHUA GREEN, BLOOMBERG: Wasn’t going to follow up on that one. You could imagine what it would be like, I mean, if Bush were still in office he'd have one of those tear drop tattoos like you get for killing guys.

[Laughter]

GREEN: You know, they'd be putting up “Mission Accomplished” banners that are bigger than the AIDS quilt.

I emailed Malkin for a response and will report back if and when one comes.

Until that point, regardless of the juvenile sexual attack lobbed at her by this disgusting cretin, I doubt very highly Malkin or any Republican would be erecting statues for a nameless Obama given his resume. The explosion in spending and debt alone disqualify this man from such praise irrespective of his foreign policy successes. Ditto ObamaCare.

Beyond this, as Maher and the liberal media do a victory lap over Gaddafi's death, they seem to ignore that we have absolutely no idea what's going to happen to Libya now. If this oil rich state becomes another Muslim theocracy like Iran, history is not going to look so favorably on the mission Obama lead.

As for bin Laden's assassination, his capture and subsequent interrogation might have been of far greater value to the war on terror.

Something Maher also missed in all this praise for Obama is that most conservatives are very disappointed by Friday's announcement of a complete withdrawal of troops from Iraq by the end of the year as it may be very easy for Iran to move into that country without our presence.

These are criticisms conservatives would have with any president at this point in time regardless of who he was or what Party he belonged to.

The problem for people like Maher is they're so ideological in their likes and dislikes that they naturally assume their opponents are as well.

Consider that when the topic of Herman Cain came up on "Real Time" Friday night, Maher and all of his liberal guests - MSNBC's Rachel Maddow, New York Times' Tom Friedman, Bloomberg's Joshua Green, and author Touré - savagely attacked the Republican presidential candidate even calling the former ballistics analyst "dumb."

As MSNBC's Joe Scarborough and Willie Geist accurately observed Wednesday, these folks would all be swooning over Cain just like they did Obama if he were a Democrat.

Not surprisingly, the hypocrisy was lost on these self-proclaimed deep thinkers.
