Black Lives Matter Supporter Attempts to Hijack Dr. Drew's HLN Program

Dr. Drew Pinsky, host of HLN’s Dr. Drew, is often seen on television as a calm and mild-mannered person, but that wasn’t the case on last Thursday’s show when he nearly had to cut his show short when a rude Black Lives Matter protester tried to hijack the program to push her agenda.

During a discussion on the CNN Republican Presidential Debate last Thursday, a woman in the audience was given the microphone to ask a question., but instead took the opportunity to slam the GOP by saying they weren’t talking about the Black Lives Matter movement at the debate because they had Dr. Ben Carson running, then went on to call Carson was a “token.” She added:

This is a big issue that’s going on in America, but we’re turning our head…It’s people fighting in the street. It’s all kinds of stuff going on, but nobody is saying this in a political debate, and that’s wrong.

When Dr. Pinsky asked Breitbart’s Alex Swoyer to weigh in on the question on why the GOP debaters didn’t talk about BLM, Swoyer explained that it was a foreign policy, adding:

I think it’s also very important to remember that the whole Black Lives Matter movement started in Ferguson, Missouri, which now we know wasn’t true…There wasn’t a "hands up, don’t shoot."

That’s when the BLM protester lost it and began screaming, causing Dr. Drew to get up from his chair to address the audience:

Listen. Hey, everybody…I’m going to shut down this TV show and go to a test pattern unless people behave themselves and behave civilly. I’m not kidding. I’m not kidding. It’s a live television show, and I will go to a test pattern if I have to.

(A test pattern is a television test signal, typically broadcast at times when the transmitter is active but no program is being broadcast.)

The protester yelled that she “didn’t care about the show” and was eventually removed from the audience.

Black Lives Matter – shutting down roads, speeches, and now (almost) TV shows.
