The Hillary Clinton campaign released the 2015 joint federal income tax return filed by Mrs. Clinton and her ex-President husband Bill this week. Among other things, the Clintons reported total income of over $10.7 million, incurred income and self-employment taxes of over $3.6 million, and deducted $1 million for a charitable contribution to (imagine that) the Clinton Foundation.

According to CNN's Errol Louis and Kate Bolduan, as seen in a discussion Sunday on CNN's Inside Politics, the contents of the Clintons' return make them seem "more middle classy."

Leave it to the feminists at the lefty online rag Jezebel to find something racist, sexist or some other “ist” about everything and anything – including Pokémon Go  - the popular free-to-play, location-based augmented reality game developed by Niantic.

So what’s Jezebel’s beef with the wildly popular game?  It only offers limited customization when creating a player – specifically the lack of skin color and hair variations.  According to Allya S. King – author of "The Invisible Girls of Pokémon Go" -- “Black girls are often forgotten by the gaming industry, and Pokémon Go is no different.”

Poor Bert and Ernie just got called gay on national television! On tonight's edition of The Match Game on ABC, contestants were asked to fill in the following question: "'Sesame Street' is being rocked by a tabloid scandal. Instead of a rubber ducky, Bert and Ernie were photographed in the bathtub playing with BLANK."

What does it take for lefty Democrats to be convinced that the U.S. should intervene in a foreign country to protect innocent life? As we learned in BrainDead’s “The Path to War Part One: The Gathering Political Storm,” it is a warm and fuzzy picture of a baby seal. Those big eyes did what human exploding heads couldn’t – brought a female lefty to tears.

Martha Raddatz, who was hosting ABC's This Week this morning, had a chance to score a major scoop but she blew it by failing to ask a very obvious followup question to former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta. You can see the original question posed by Radddatz at the 3:32 mark of the video below about Panetta having supported a small number of American troops remaining in Iraq and where then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton stood on this. This was followed by Panetta completely dodging the question on Clinton's position. However, instead of pressing Panetta on this, Raddatz avoided the obvious followup and instead went on to another unrelated question.

Sorry, Martha. You lost that very possible scoop due to failure to follow up on a question that was screaming to be answered.

Former MSNBC pundit Wolffe is now a columnist for the U.S. edition of the left-wing British newspaper The Guardian. This past Tuesday, he declared that “we already have a winner in the 2016 election…Someone the pundits wrote off long ago…An unconventional politician… His name is Barack Obama. And he can thank the freak show that is Donald Trump’s Republican party for restoring his stature as a unifying, national leader with a moderated and mature approach to a complex and unstable world.”

Conservative strategist Lisa Boothe appeared on Fox News Channel’s MediaBuzz and called out liberal media for their bias in favor of defending Hillary Clinton. “The problem is the media should be adept enough to be able cover [Donald Trump], while simultaneously covering the stuff Hillary Clinton has,” argued Boothe, “You should be able to walk and chew gum at the same time.” And throughout all of her bashing of the liberal media she backed it up with studies conducted by the Media Research Center.

The Libertarian Party candidate for president, Gary Johnson, joined Al Sharpton on MSNBC’s PoliticsNation Sunday to discuss the prospects of a third party’s chances of success in 2016. But Sharpton’s real goal seemed to be to defend Hillary Clinton and discredit Libertarians by asking Johnson, “Do you ever have any slight fear even that you may be taking votes from Hillary Clinton and helping to elect Donald Trump?”

On Saturday, CBS Weekend News ran a report on one of American’s greatest traditions, naturalization ceremonies of new US citizens. But in their report, which covered the previous Thursday’s ceremony in Los Angeles, California, CBS spotlighted those looking to vote against Donald Trump. “As Carter Evans reports, there's actually been a surge in citizenship applications this year, partially driven by the desire to vote,” stated anchor Reena Ninan.

Chris Matthews is scandalized that Donald Trump would call Hillary Clinton (or Barack Obama) the "founder of ISIS." On Friday night, after all the controversy, Matthews said "You know, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this."

That's not true. Two years ago, after a presidential address announcing the United States would commence bombing raids on ISIS, as we documented at the time, Matthews insisted his hate object Dick Cheney (pronounce it "Chee-ney") "created al-Qaeda" and "created ISIS."

Yesterday, CNN's Jim Sciutto, the network's Chief National Security Correspondent, reported, based on a discussion he claims to have had with "an official from the United States Secret Service," that "it has spoken with the Trump campaign regarding those comments."

Reuters says otherwise.

Movie and TV actress Rose McGowan on Wednesday launched into a Facebook rant about the “murderous” Donald Trump. The star of films such as Scream and the TV series Charmed, oddly addressed her all caps letter to “CNN FOX CBS ABC NBC VIACOM THE MURDOCHS AND DONALD J. TRUMP.”

Liberals, both in the media and in the Democratic Party, are trying to make the case that Donald Trump is a racist and unqualified to be President.

Plenty of Republicans have been lamenting their party’s nomination of “the one guy who cannot beat the historically unpopular Hillary Clinton,” but Gary Legum thinks they’re assuming facts not in evidence. In a Friday article, Legum indicated that Hillary would have been a prohibitive favorite against anyone the GOP might have chosen. He opined that the Republicans’ so-called deep bench was a mirage and argued, "For the GOP to nominate someone capable of beating Hillary Clinton in 2016, it would have had to have been a completely different GOP since at least 1992. And if that GOP existed, Clinton would not be a weak and unpopular figure, because she would not have spent 25 years being hit with every ridiculous charge under the sun."

You talking to me? You talking to me? Yeah, I'm talking to you. And I'm telling you that actor Robert De Niro has shown us what a liberal loon he is by comparing his Travis Bickle character in the movie "Taxi Driver" to Donald Trump.  The Associated Press reported on De Niro's latest lunacy while he attended the Sarajevo Film Festival:
