Open Thread: Christie Says Obama's Faking It
Today's starter topic: Republican New Jersey governor Chris Christie made an interesting allegation against President Obama yesterday at a campaign rally in New Hampshire: that Obama is faking anger in order to get elected:
"He doesn’t do angry well. He understands that the American people are angry and they’re scared and they’re worried about the future. So he’s decided, in the most cynical reelection strategy that you could ever think of, that he doesn’t care if you’re angry, he just wants you to be angry at somebody else."
Is this perhaps the best distillation of Obama's divide and conquer strategy yet?

war might effect the outcome of the November election? Clearly the wars propelled Bush to a second term. There's also been this democrat narrative about Obama's great courage in killing ObL. After three years of failing to engage Iran, why now?

That ain't the only thing DuhOne fakes, good lord love a duck, is that the only thing Christie's going to note that's been faked about this fraud?
Come on, he's gotta do better than that! I don't expect much else from a RINO though.

The Gov. is pithy, and unfiltered, so tell me why he's for Mitt??? As to his analysis? He nails it. I don't know if it's age {now 50} 8 years of D screeching/projecting, or what, but I can't seem to believe *anyone* where politics are concerned!

Sometime this week I will; have been here for 5 years. Time does fly when you are having fun.
I watched an old Perry Mason made for TV movie. The Case of the Reckless Romeo last night. Whorealdo was playing an obnoxious jerk TV host just like he does in real life. He was murdered. I found myself cheering even though it was just a TV program.
One thing this Kenyan Muslim commie fraud isn't faking...

...and that is his intentional destruction of our republic as it was founded.
If the American sheeple do not pull their heads out of their asses over the next few months and start paying attention, he is going to succeed in destroying the nation many of my family members risked (and in some cases lost) their lives for.
And the fact that this POS lying bastard low-life product of affirmative action commoonity pisser-offer scum is still in office isn't exactly instilling me with any confidence.
Little Caesar Obumma should have been impeached a long time ago.
It's just too bad for America that this congress has no balls.

Of course.... someone doesn't take as much personal recreation time if they feel determined that work needs to be done. Who starts there day at 10:45 with a break between 12 and 6 when they are angry and fired up to make things right? His anger is about as real as his "It's my number 1 priority' BS. How many number 1 priorities is he at now? 35?

'Obama doesn't do anger
Submitted by killa37 on Mon, 01/09/2012 - 1:39pm.
'Obama doesn't do anger well'??? Aside from continuing to methodically and systematically 'fundamentally transform' (re-read that as 'destroy') our country - what DOES he do well??? But I guess nothing else really matters, and it's all downhill from here.
I find Boy Barry to be a torturously boring guy - ultra self-absorbed and self-appointed - and I also find him to be highly emotionless. He's got a dull sense of humor and a fake smile - unless someone is talking about him - and as for his 'anger' factor..........I have to agree with Christie on that one, with the idea that most of Boy BlahBlah's anger usually happens in a very petulant and spoiled way, when people aren't agreeing with him...........or, as Christie says, when he is trying to redirect it at the idiotic public, who would believe that they need to be mad at anyone besides the real culprit.
Hmmm, I think Christie better be careful with calling a black
Submitted by gmaniac1 on Mon, 01/09/2012 - 1:43pm.
man angry. You know the whole black people are always angry and intimidating stereotype. I'm sure the left wing dopes will find a racial tint in this comment somewhere all the while calling Christie a fat, white guy.
And another thing who do you think fakes between Mr. and Mrs. Obama... oh nevermind;)

Sorry, not buying that excuse at all. Maybe Daly pointed out to someone that the White House Daily Schedule is a public document, at least part of the time, and a 10:45 a.m start everyday doesn't look like putting people back to work is Job #1? Or that blowing $5 to $10 Million on vacations might not play well in flyover country?
Ya know, that schedule would make a great ad for the R candidate, from now til November. Superimpose the schedule over the video of closed factories and lines leading into the unemployment offices, then ask, Is he really working for you? It doesn't look like he's working for anyone.
That would be a great idea.
Submitted by ant on Mon, 01/09/2012 - 11:53pm.
That would be a great idea. Too bad most of the people here aren't candidates, I'd vote for most of you before the establishment picks. The commenters I read have more sense, ideas, guts, grit and understanding then these constant 'lesser of two evils' people we send to Washington.

SOPA enjoys broad bipartisan support, particularly among Republican reps like Lamar Smith, the very author of the bill, who enjoys sizable campaign donations from the entertainment industry.

Submitted by jon_torlin on Mon, 01/09/2012 - 5:18pm.
At this point, I'm not expecting anyone to be able to or be willing to stop any of this crap going on. Congress has the power of the purse to knock tons of stuff down, but Bonehead's got the power of being a spineless wonder to counteract that. Hell, he doesn't seem to be all that interested in protecting that priceless document that he got Congress to read at the start of 2010's term.
Fat lotta good he was, eh?
Face it, this country IS done. It's just a matter of taking the plug out of life support. And there ain't no way in hell they'll allow elections to happen, no matter what people will say at this point. Yes, I really don't believe elections will be allowed to happen, and if they did and they are against DuhOne, that the Muslim in Chief will go quietly or at all. Unless Congress ACTUALLY acts and take this fraud out of the WH, nothing in this world will convince me otherwise.
