MRC's Motley Discusses FCC Diversity Czar on August 31 Glenn Beck

Yesterday, Media Research Center Director of Communications Seton Motley again appeared in studio with Glenn Beck to discuss the Obama FCC's drive to regulate talk radio out of existence.

Motley focused on the views of FCC diversity officer Mark Lloyd. Motley argued that, armed with FCC "localism" and "diversity" regulations, Lloyd could prove instrumental in working a back-door regulatory alternative to the so-called Fairness Doctrine.

Needing a catalyst for change in regulation

It is entirely possible that Mark Lloyd and his pack will try to create an artificial 'emergency' to cram their new agenda down our collective throats.

Ambigious

The latest version of this 'bill' gives the president the authority to to declare an emergency, shut down the Internet, without defining the emergency.

What other security threats exist besides those against DC from foreign networks? How does the bill differentiate domestic and overseas security threats?
