For general discussion and debate. Possible talking points:

  • Will the Times' McCain hit piece help the GOP candidate raise money and garner support from disenchanted conservatives: "The extensive coverage of Sen. John McCain's denunciation of the New York Times story about his alleged links to a female lobbyist underscored the united front by the McCains -- who appeared together in Toledo, Ohio -- and the reaction of the GOP's right wing, which appeared energized by the story. In addition, the McCain campaign's use of the story to spark a new fundraising campaign, doubts among non-conservatives about the anonymous sourcing of the piece, and Times executive editor Bill Keller's mildly phrased defense of the story received prominent coverage."
  • Was Hillary's shrieky performance at last night's debate the beginning of the end for her campaign? Will anybody, even liberals, buy into her silly "change you can Xerox" comment?

Dr. Mike Adams

Having a bit of insomnia last night I turned my radio over to the rebroadcast of the Andrew Wilkow Majority on Sirius Radio. He had Dr. Mike Adams, a professor of Sociology and Criminology at UNC Wilmington on discussing his new book “Feminist Say the Darnest Thing”; short title.  Even tough Wilmington is only about 90 miles from here, I had never heard of him. I liked what he said so much, I bought the book from Amazon.com this morning. Here is an excerpt from the book that was posted by Dr. Adams at Townhall.com. (Dr. Adams writes a regular column for Townhall.com.)

It should make your hearts feel good knowing that we have people like Dr. Adams and Dr. John Parnell at UNC Pembroke in the UNC system that are not commie loving, Christian hating, conservative bashing libs

Dr. Adams

I used to read Dr. Adams' column regularly and agreed with what he said.  However, in one of his columns he made a nasty remark about Evangelical Christians, so since then I've quit reading him.

Political unrest in Serbia? You mean that war in which Bill Clinton trumped up charges against Milosevic, invaded a region against UN law without an act of war from Congress, bombed the wrong side, never apologized to the people of Kosovo, and is now watching his political achievement unravel before us?

You mean that war?

Nah...only Republicans lie the American people into a war that was none of our business....

I see that as of this morning the IAEA has stated that contrary to the US Intelligence community reporting of this winter that stated that Iran had ceased their nuclear weapons program efforts, in fact they have not.

I wonder if the two morons from the Department of State Intelligence who edited the US report to reflect a halted program will now be ridiculed by name in the press?

Oh, I forget myself.........  But one can dream, right?

Did Hillary make any progress?

I only saw the first half and it seemed like she was just handing it over to Obama. The only attack she made was the Xerox thing and she was boo'ed for it. She didn't seem to make any substantial attacks to his positions or inexperience.

The opening statements were a stark contrast I thought. Clinton's had substance and Obama's had none. She mentioned crossing the isle a couple times and I though she may go after Obama on his supposed centrist platform. That is what she should have done.

Obama talks about bringing people together while he hangs firmly so far on the left edge that he can't even hear people in the center. Hillary is obnoxious - I don't like her at all but she is much more centrist than Obama. All three candidates are on the left now. It's just how left you want to go.

Well, if you're pulling for

Well, if you're pulling for her,(just kidding!) it didn't get any better. She made what almost sounded like a concession speech at the end.....how proud she was to be there with Obama, and no matter what happens we'll be fine...no kidding...I half expected her to withdraw from the race!

I agree about Obama. He says he's going to change the way things work, but he has no power to change anything.

You asked: "Will the Times'

You asked: "Will the Times' McCain hit piece help the GOP raise money and garner support from disenchanted conservatives..."

My initial (and still intact) response is that I believe the Democrats/Libs work that way.  They are susceptible to the fickle winds of public opinion or the whims of fantasy and there are actually people out there who really* believe that something as ephemeral as this would sway huge swaths of the Republicans.

I personally feel that Republicans believe what they believe and are what they are at their core and as a facet of their characters and not as a side-effect of what they read in the news-paper.

If conservatives are disenchanted by McCain, the disenchantment will not be magically removed by an article in the Times.  Nor will a true conservative waffle around like a weather-vane looking for which direction to turn.

The aimless and directionless dems may be vulnerable to the printed word but I truly believe the true conservatives are equipped with functioning brains, have their very own back-bones, and have their feet on the ground.

I guess that makes the short answer a "No".

Best take I've seen yet on the Cult of Obama

And it's from a self-avowed Obama supporter.

And I made an interesting discovery while reading this Ilana Mercer item on WND early today.

I wondered, in other threads, why the bi-racial Obama classified himself only as African-American. I think a hint comes from his wife. As reported by Mercer, Michelle Obama quipped, in one of her speeches: He was biracial. I was like, okay, what's that about?  (Link to WaPo story on Mrs. Obama included in the piece.)

Did Michelle, perhaps, pressure him to make a choice?

Just thinking.....

The other night, Bob Beckel said on some show that Obama's specific policy proposals didn't matter because it was far more important that he represented "change". At that, I said out loud, to myself, "Then why don't we elect a dog or a horse as president - that would be even a bigger change".

Chris, I can't stand Bob

Chris, I can't stand Bob Beckel. He used to be downright nasty on Crossfire. Pat Buchanan used to get tarred with the "hateful brush, because he had strong opinions. But with Beckel, you could just hear the hatred dripping from his voice when he was angry.

The Dem party bosses will be in a pickle if Clinton can't win Texas and Ohio, at minimum she must win one of the two for a draw.  Polling numbers are not looking good for her.  Awww.

Im gonna vote for Obamma if I vote for the Dim side, but if I decide to protest McCain (as if he would really listen) I will write in Fred.  Cant make up my mind what to do.  My wife has already said she is voting for Obama in primaries.

Nuke em til they glow then shoot em in the dark.

You don't consider the

You don't consider the idiot Huckabee a good protest vote? What's your reasoning on that?

Lord Sidious / Darth Vader 2008  Long Live the Empire!  Come to the Dark Side, it is your Destiny.

I dont like Huck.  And I

I dont like Huck.  And I like Fred.  I will probably vote for Obama to make sure he is the canditate as I think McCain is too stubborn to understand that most conservatives don tlike him.

Nuke em til they glow then shoot em in the dark.

I'm really shocked by that Dan

I know we disagree on somethings but the things we disagree on I have a less conservative opinion and Obama is too liberal for me. I can't understand how anyone who has a true faith and conviction in any religion (or even evolution for that matter) could agree with his radical abortion views.

He doesn't just support choice he wants no limits what so ever placed on abortion and gives zero consideration to the child. No limits based on age (11 yr old girl doesn't even need parental consent) stage (can be any point before birth) and even rage (a man who purposefully murders a pregnant women or her baby in the womb shouldn't be charged with murder for the baby).

He gives no consideration to children in the Gay Marriage debate either.

On immigration I think I'm the most liberal conservative here on that issue and I think he is nuts with his belief that our tax dollars should pay for illegal immigrant's children to go to college.

McCain and Hillary only appear more stubborn because they are loud and obnoxious. Both McCain and Hillary have shown that they can listen to people's criticisms by actually softening their positions (McCain much more than Hillary) but Obama has shown nothing - he has not given one inch on any issue and he's as far left as they come on every one.

I looked at Huck and he

I looked at Huck and he doesnt measure up.  I am voting for Obama in the Primaries because McCain has it sowed up.  I could vot for Huck but I dont think McCain cares.  He will have all teh delagates he needs and why should I solidify and concessions he has to make to Huck.

Why did Huck leave his church and the ministry?  He is Sothern Baptist in the Jimmy Carter tradition and will probably turn out to be just like Carter.

If Obama is the Dim canditate then McCain will really have to work for his support from conservatives.  He feet may be held closer to the fire to get those conservatives.

In short Obama is a strategy, a gambit, and I hope it works.  Well in the end, if Obama is the Dim canditate we will be better for it jsut like the Israelites were.  In the general we will either elect McCain or be thrust into teh wilderness.  I believe Obama will screw up so bad that we wont be there for long.

We may lose out on SCOTUS picks but, I have reas the last book of the Bible and it says God wins.  Afetr all we are not storing up treasures for this earth but for heaven.  All things happen to the glory of God.

Nuke em til they glow then shoot em in the dark.

Dan - Of course God wins - it's the babies who lose

They are denied the chance to have their own spiritual journey. Heaven will be better appreciated by those who have suffered. Everyone deserves to get there on their own by their own choices.

I think McCain would have to work harder for conservative votes against Hillary because she is closer to him. With Obama, the moderate thing is all he can take away from Obama. McCain has to be the more moderate choice (and is).
I think I just talked myself out of thinking people should vote for Hillary ; ). Obama could be easier to beat. Go ahead vote for Obama. The only thing is that we could lose in either case and Hillary isn't as far left and uncompromising as Obama. Plus Obama will rule with no media scrutiny what so ever and Hillary would get some.

Okay so I'm back to - don't dare vote for Obama! Of course you have to do what feels right for you. I'm only giving my opinion and hope I'm not being offensive. I guess when it comes down to it I'm just not a gambler and if it were me I'd make the choice based on who would be a better President and Hillary would be better than Obama and she would be tempered by the press. Obama would be tempered by no one.

Today is the 276th birthday...

Congrats to all the Republican Obama supporters.

It looks like you have gotten your wish. Obama is poised to take down Hillary, and with her, also the GOP hopes for a victory this November.

Anyone who didn't see this coming has got problems, frankly. Not only are we looking at a hard left president in 2008, but we're also looking at a 30 seat blowout in the House. With Hillary at the top of the ticket, the GOP would win the White House and gain seats in the House.

Hope you're happy.

P.S. Oh, BTW, Patrick Ruffini is reporting that Obama is expected to raise more than $60 million in the month of February. He's on pace to raise close to $500 million between now and November.

re:Missouri Conservative...

Hold on, Missouri..You make a valid point, but assuming he does get the nomination (looks like a done deal...), I am not convinced that Obama is going to win the general election. I think the fact that he is so far left is becoming more and more clear to Republicans, and to conservatives in particular. I think that the realization of how far left he truly is will be a rallying point for them as we go forward in this election. Just based on people I have talked with in the past week, in addition to what I have seen posted here at NB, I do think a wake-up call is in progress. I also think that the slimey stunt the NYT pulled also really hacked off Republicans, and has rallied many to McCain just as a result of that. There is a lot of time between now and November.

Question for Missouri Con..........How accurate

How accurate have you been on Predicting Future Events ?

What's your record ?  Obamarama has a long ways to go before he is Crowned president of the United States of America.   He's riding the Democratic hate Hillary vote, and you and others Beleive the MSM messiah baloney about B-HO.   Obama couldn't win a vote in a black church with his "hope of change" Baloney.

This site describes the MSM lies....and yet some on this site still fall Victim to Chris Matthew's leg Cramps.

Get a Grip.....the Dems hate the Clintons, and if you put up a Dead Body and ran Him against Hillary, he would win the Debate and the Democratic nomination, especially with Bill C. Helping out from a distance.

Obama debating Hillary is NOT the same as a Democrat debating a 20 yr Senator like McCain.   It's going to be no contest....and even the NYTimes is piling on the Dog Pile trying to help the Dems.  The NYTs article was a no confindence vote on the Dems.   They don't believe.

Jay, I kinda think that was

Jay, I kinda think that was MoCon's point, that Hillary wouild be easier to beat in November for the GOP, for the same reasons that she is easy for Obama to beat now.  He's saying, better us then them because Obamaism is going to be a tough religion to beat for McCain.

And I agree with him, all ObaMessiah has to do is shut up the presumptive First Lady (i.e., his wife) and this election will be a cake-walk for him.  As far as Obama not having any answers, the electorate has shown many times that it doesn't mind shallow as long as it doesn't run too deep.  I can see it now:

Moderator: "Senator Obama, if elected president, what will you do about X, Y, and Z?"

Obama: "Well we are going to be about change, that and doing things differently than before.  In addition, we will challenge the status quo and have new solutions to these problems.  Furthermore, my administration will think outside of the box and provide fresh approaches to these problems."

Those who beat their swords into plowshares usually end up plowing for those who didn't. - Ben Franklin

RHB...

I love the ObaMessiah...that is a keeper!

Plus I agree with the sentiments in your post.

Not so fast

There will likely be not insignificant  number of relatively conservative white DEMOCRATS who will not vote for Obama.  Period.  Gov Rendell got trashed for saying it, but it's more likely than anyone wants to admit.

Here in Virginia Obama won all over the state by about 65 - 35 EXCEPT for the rural, coal-mining, Yellow Dog Democrat area of the state which went for HRC 80-20.

The Repubs will be excoriated for being the racists, but the true racists will be those Yellow Dog Dems in rural PA, OH, MI (all three of which are must wins for Obama) who simply will not vote for a black man for president.

MC

MC,

In a non-confrontational way, I find your post a tad offensive. After all, I doubt very highly that any conservatives have voted for Obama in these primaries. Furthermore, it also seems quite unlikely that anything being discussed at NewsBusters has helped his candidacy.

As such, insinuating that we're responsible for his success or Hillary's failure is preposterous, unseemly, and not good manners coming from such a thoughtful person like yourself. And, again, please take this in the spirit it was intended, for I'm not trying to flame or antagonize you.

The thing to bear in mind here is that many of us felt the Hillary inevitability was nonsense, and that wherever she stood in the polls last year was irrelevant. I always felt the more people saw and heard her, the less they'd like her. In fact, I felt more and more people would begin hating her, because she really is a loathsome individual. Frankly, if Obama didn't come along, Edwards might have beaten her -- that's how disgusting a character she really is.

Furthermore, the whole idea of the Clintons being good campaigners is almost as big a myth as anthropogenic global warming. If not for Ross Perot, Bill loses in 1992, and we never would have heard from them again. In 1994, just two years after this pair took over the White House, Republicans took back both chambers of Congress for the first time in decades, and kept it throughout the remainder of his presidency.

Think that's a good record? I don't, and, frankly, believe that one of the benefits of her losing in the primaries, as well as his deplorable behavior on the campaign trail, is the beginning of a necessary revising of this couple's history. The Clinton mystique is about to take a HUGE hit, and maybe as a result, media will start looking at the '90s through a more accurate viewfinder.

This could actually help conservatives tremendously in years to come, for if the Clintons are no longer viewed so favorably, it could act to move more folks to the right, whilst also forcing the Democrats to move further to the left and away from the majority view.

Let's face some facts: the end of the Clinton Era will be a very good thing for conservatives and Republicans. No question about it.

Finally, as wrong as the conventional wisdom and polls were months ago about Hillary's inevitability, they may be equally errant right now about Obama. Eight months is an eternity in politics, and the battle for the White House hasn't even begun. Michelle's misstep on Monday is only the beginning. These folks are NOT seasoned politicians, and they will be exposed as such.

Right now, despite what the polls might be saying, November is still a pick 'em, meaning it's just as likely McCain will win as Obama. And, the more the American people understand his lack of experience as well as his socialist leanings, they will move away from him. I guarantee it. JMHO. ns

What no more Clintons to

What no more Clintons to whip up on?  Why whatever will we do? ;=?

Nuke em til they glow then shoot em in the dark.

Noel Sheppard re:MC

Perfectly put...I think much of Obama is smoke and mirrors, and once the real race begins (McCain vs. Obama), the Republicans will focus all their efforts on him, and begin to chip away at that carefully applied veneer that he covers himself with. As you said, eight months is an eternity in politics...look how many twists and turns this election cycle has already had. Stay tuned...

Noel,

First, I want to make it clear that I was not implicating newsbusters or yourself in anything (although I do believe that you have been wanting Hillary to lose the primary).

My comment was directed at the segment of conservatives and Republicans that have been rooting and cheering Obama on just because they despise Hillary. This certainly is not limited to the good folks at Newsbusters - actually, I know several local Republicans who express the same sentiment. This, in my view, is the political version of "hacking your nose to spite your face".

Granted, I cannot predict the future, but it seems to me that Obama would be an extraordinarily difficult opponent, and one who would have coattails down the ticket (House and senate races are going to be crucial). I believe that not only would Hillary be easy to beat, but also that she would drag down a bunch of red state Democrat house and senate members with her. This was a big reason why my new Dem Senator Claire McCaskill backed Obama.

Again, I hope I do not come across as venomous. I certainly am not, and I absolutely LOVE the site (my contribution to MRC is on its way, BTW). I am very passionate about my country, and I believe that Obama and the Democrat party represent a very serious threat to America as we know it. I do not want him anywhere near the White House, and that is the source of my frustration here.

Keep up the good work, friends.

"women and minorities hardest hit"

Noel, your posts always

Noel, your posts always seem to hit home for me...they bring in an angle I hadn't thought of, but then I read it and it makes perfect sense. (That's why that other time I said curse you for appealing to my reasonable side! LOL)

I'm still not sure about Her Royal Clintoness, but I agree with you about her being unlikeable. (I don't know that Edwards would have beaten her...she had so much more money than he, and he's likeable, but not all THAT likeable...I thought him a self-righteous snob), I really did want her to get the nomination, because I think Obama is going to be near impossible to beat....it's not a political thing, it's almost a religious movement which knows no reason.

I hope you are right...I agree with you about his wife. She is pushy, and I think she will make many more gaffes, out of her sense of superiority, before this is over.

I m ight agree with you mb

but I'm thinking that most of the movement behind Barry will not be there for the vote. I'd like to see/read a poll of those supporting the man vs. those who will eventually vote for him. Looking at older polls, the young vote never showed up, even after all the hype.

I do think there will be major spin over anything said about Barry, later on in the process, and no matter what is said, it will be construde as being anti-Barry, and for that, you're right, that ain't reason.

Minnesota School Bus Crash

Remember that bad school bus crash in Minnesota a couple of days ago where several kids were killed (two of them were siblings)? There are some reports that the woman driving the van that t-boned the bus, is an illegal. Surprise! Authorities are checking on this to determine her exact status, so stay tuned...

prairie

The woman was indeed an illegal immigrant - that was confirmed last night.

She had been arrested two years ago for driving with no ID. The police simply let her go because Minneapolis is a sanctuary city. So then she hits a school bus and kills four kids.

candance...Bus Crash...

Who confirmed it? FoxNews just reported that they were still checking on her status...I had heard that she had been arrested before for driving w/o ID. Either way, I'm not surprised-This is happening more and more everywhere. I live in North Dakota, and in the last 2-3 years illegals are becoming a problem here, too. Before then, it was unheard of here. Thanks for the update.

What a surprise!

From the StarTribune of Minneapolis: "Morales worked at the Jenny-O turkey plant in Willmar for three months ending in January, according to Julie Kraven, a spokeswoman at Hormel
Foods in Austin, which owns Jenny-O."

Corporate America shares the blame here. As long as Hormel and others keep hiring, they'll keep coming.

Van driver in bus crash illegal alien, using alias

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune website is also reporting that the woman is an illegal alien and used an alias.

When you put the clowns in charge, don't be surprised when a circus breaks out.

viking... I heard about

viking...

I heard about that this morning, I wonder if Obama would consider that a hate crime?

Hate crime

By "hate crime", do you mean pointing out that the woman is an illegal alien?  Yeah, someone's bound to start screaming about insulting "undocumented workers".

When you put the clowns in charge, don't be surprised when a circus breaks out.

nkviking - Obama would consider that a hate crime he doesn't

think police should be able to question people who appear to be illegal.

BT - Did you see my question about O'bamas hate crime comment?

I don't even remember where I left it but no one answered. I can't believe he said that hate crimes have skyrocketed because of the immigration debate. I was wondering if anyone knew statistics on hate crimes or if there has even been any increase.

viking and Dee...

Dee, I think I responded to your post, maybe OT?(lol)...I was outraged that he was allowed to twist the illegal aliens/border into the hate crime phase last night during the debate...

People need to wake up and retain what this guy is saying...

I'm afraid it won't happen.

Proving statistics?

Dee, you'll probably find the proof in the same place where libs got the statistics that hate crimes against Muslims skyrocketed after 9/11.

When you put the clowns in charge, don't be surprised when a circus breaks out.

Yeah or the 3 million homless people

Yeah or the 3 million homless people

Dee Bunk...

I also couldn't believe Obama got away with that last night...what a load of crap. I don't know the statistics on the issue, but here's my theory on the subject. I absolutely do not think that hate crimes against immigrants (illegal or otherwise), have "skyrocketed" as he put it, and here's why-If what Obama said had any truth to it, given the MSM's love affair with the illegal alien population in this country, they'd be screaming it from the rooftops! That's all we would be hearing about..how the poor illegal aliens (or "undocumented workers" as the MSM prefers to call them), are being persectued all over the country. I think he is a liar. In fact, he is a dangerous liar, because so many actually believe the tripe that he pushes.

I agree Prarie - I seriously doubt there has been any increase

Just like there was no increase against Jews after Passion of the Christ. I do believe there was an increase of hate crimes to Muslims after 9/11 but nothing epidemic or huge.

re: Dee Bunk

Exactly...There was an increase in hate crimes against Muslims immediately after 9/11, however it was small, and fortunately short in duration. Any increase is never good, but considering the nature of the 9/11 attacks, and the extreme emotions felt by most Americans as a result at the time, the limited nature of the backlash was actually less than what I think most were expecting.

Why are we not using Diesel?

With all the Hybrid insanity no one seems to be noticing that clean-diesel is getting better MPG with REAL performance.

This is Obama running a

This is Obama running a "new" campaign. He won't take any money from "federal lobbyist" but does not hesitate taking money from "state lobbyist". He is just another empty suit politician, no different than any other democrat snake oil salesman. Now NBers, here is some ammo.

Regarding his (non-transparent) contributions of $200 or less, which constitute over $47 million to his campaign, that’s obviously very impressive, but over $92,000,000 has contributed by the $201+ donors, with $49 million of that being $2000+ donors.

In Tallahassee, Obama held a fundraiser attended by several statehouse lobbyists, taking checks from lobbyists for trial attorneys, the insurance industry, fast-food chains and sugar cane growers. State and federal issues often are related, as noted by the law firm Akerman Senterfitt, whose Florida-based members donated $7,000 to Obama. On its website, Akerman notes it combines Tallahassee connections with "an involved federal political action committee" to provide its clients "with an enviable level of access."

Obama’s biggest single source of corporate money, $160,000,  came from executives at Exelon Corp., the nation’s largest nuclear power provider, and its subsidiary, Commonwealth Edison, an Illinois utility.

Exelon spent $500,000 to influence policy in Washington last year. Although Obama took no money from Exelon’s Washington lobbyists, he accepted $1,000 checks from lobbyists John P. Novak and James Monk of Springfield. In Springfield, Novak represents Exelon., and Monk is president of the Illinois Energy Assn., a trade group that represents Commonwealth Edison. While refusing money directly from federal lobbyists, who get their income from clients, Obama takes money from those clients. In the first quarter of 2007, he accepted a combined $170,000 from Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, two financial services giants that have numerous issues pending in Washington and spent a total of $4.6 million on lobbying in 2006Obama said in his first-quarter financial report that he received money from 104,000 donors, twice as many as Clinton, suggesting a disproportionate number of small contributions. But the Campaign Finance Institute said Obama still received 68% of his money from donations of $1,000 or more, compared with 86% for Clinton

In Obama’s eight years in the Illinois Senate, from 1996 to 2004, almost two-thirds of the money he raised for his campaigns — $296,000 of $461,000 — came from PACs, corporate contributions, or unions, according to Illinois Board of Elections records. He tapped financial services firms, real estate developers, healthcare providers, oil companies, and many other corporate interests, the records show.

Obama’s US Senate campaign committee, starting with his successful run in 2004, has collected $128,000 from lobbyists and $1.3 million from PACs, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, a nonprofit organization that tracks money in politics. His $1.3 million from PACs represents 8 percent of what he has raised overall. Clinton’s Senate committee, by comparison, has raised $3 million from PACs, 4 percent of her total amount raised, the group said.

In addition, Obama’s own federal PAC, Hopefund, took in $115,000 from 56 PACs in the 2005-2006 election cycle out of $4.4 million the PAC raised, according to CQ MoneyLine, which collects Federal Election Commission data. Obama then used those PAC contributions — including thousands from defense contractors, law firms, and the securities and insurance industries — to build support for his presidential run by making donations to Democratic Party organizations and candidates around the country.

Hillary's Here!

As I sit in my office in downtown Fort Worth and watch from a block away the spectacle known as Hillary's "Early Vote Rally", I must thank her for the unparalled people watching I have enjoyed today. One cannot imagine the sheer entertainment value associated with her presence.

She came within blocks of

She came within blocks of where I work.  Some of the people here went to see her, I told them if I wanted to torture my ears and eyes I would poke sharp sticks in them.  Less painful that way.

Nuke em til they glow then shoot em in the dark.

I just wish someone would

I just wish someone would rush the stage and take the Texas flag backdrop down. I've never felt so cheap.

In Case You Missed It

A Dallas PD officer lost her life this morning after crashing her motorcycle while escorting Mrs. Clinton's motorcade.

Ouch! I had not heard that.

Ouch! I had not heard that. Considering there are more cops involved in Hillary's FW rally than supporters, that does tend to overweight the odds of something unfortunate like that happening. What a tragic scene.

Well, her majesty's husband

Well, her majesty's husband was here last night (San Anonio). At least Huckabee was here too. Had a little jam session and all. Seemed to balance things out a little. Still, should have locked the gates before Billy could get in.
