A lot of you have been reporting problems lately accessing NB. It was apparently triggered by a bug in Internet Explorer 7. After a few days of futzing with the DNS and some of the database backend, I think I've fixed the problem.
Report here if you continue to have trouble.

September 5, 2007 - 17:58 ET by Mean Gene Dr. LoveI've been using Firefox for at least 4 years. It keeps getting better and better and it isn't bloated software. The only time I use IE is when I absolutely have to (Windows Update).

September 5, 2007 - 19:03 ET by Free StinkerIt's actually shocking to think about how much quality, usefull, free software is available for a Windows PC or laptop.

September 5, 2007 - 18:02 ET by krismcsherryI also thought I was going insane and spent a couple of hours researching a fix then gave up.
Okay, now that it seems fixed for my IE I have a question:
I only have the one browser since my Netscape Nav went severely buggy. I want another as an alternate. Which do ya'll recommend?

I don't know if this is
September 6, 2007 - 08:06 ET by dscottI don't know if this is related, but for the past two weeks, periodically my mac pro on this site comes up these dialog boxes telling me to scan my computer for viruses and spyware. It's seems to be 3 or 4 different companies offering to do this. The really annoying part is that they won't take no for an answer forcing me to shut down Safari and restart. The same thing happen today with my HP at work using IE 7.

September 6, 2007 - 12:05 ET by LeonYeah Dscott. That is annoying and possibly not legal.
Not only does it open, but it's tried to force downloads on me. I have no idea why NB can't get this under control.
I thought it was just me or something was wrong with MY computer.
