Friday on Morning Joe, the conversation continued over the controversy surrounding former president Bill Clinton and his private plane rendezvous with Attorney General Loretta Lynch in Phoenix. There was a stark contrast between the reaction of the Morning Joe hosts to that of NBC News panelist, Chuck Todd.  According to Joe and Mika, “There is no way [Bill and Hillary] don’t completely understand how completely inappropriate a meeting like that is.” Todd, on the other hand, boiled it down to “human error.”

Appearing on NBC’s Today on Friday, Bloomberg Politics editor Mark Halperin offered a laughably naive explanation for Bill Clinton’s controversial meeting with Attorney General Loretta Lynch: “The most obvious explanation and probably the right one, is Bill Clinton is a really social guy...” He cast Clinton and Lynch as celebrities who just ran into each other: “And we’ve all seen situations where famous people on the tarmac, the two planes, it's kind of fun, ‘Hey, let's go over and visit.’”

For the second day in a row, CBS This Morning co-host Gayle King on Friday touted the most innocent explanation for a secret meeting between Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, despite the fact that the AG is in the middle of an FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton. Not seeing the problem, King sputtered, “It's almost like this is being treated like this is a House of Cards scene.”

Abortion went viral in the news this week -- from the Texas Supreme Court case to Senate Zika funding. But don’t look to the pro-abortion media to tell you what you need to know. That’s where Alli and Kat come in

Happy 4th of July! It’s time to celebrate all those American pastimes that liberals find offensive. This year, the victim of lefty political correctness is the classic patriotic ode “God Bless America.” The New York Daily News is wheezing the same dying breaths as many newspapers across the country. In the latest attempt to drive up readership, they’ve called in Gersh Kuntzman to troll average Americans on the most patriotic holiday.

In a display of awe and admiration, the cast of CBS This Morning were stunned to learn of the “generosity and trust” of Canadian families who currently host Syrian refugees in Toronto. During the interview with New York Times reporter Jodi Kantor, the hosts were excited to hear of the friendly and open Canadians while painting Americans (primarily Republicans) as “fearful” and Islamophobic.

CNN’s John Blake perfectly encapsulated one thing that outrages white Americans in the Obama era. The country elects a black president, and yet this only proves that racism is just as bad now...as when Emmett Till was beaten to death and then shot in the Jim Crow era for allegedly whistling at a white woman.

Blake, a "CNN Enterprise writer/producer," wrote a very tendentious commentary titled “What black America won't miss about Obama.” The answer is they won’t miss a massive outpouring of white racism attached to Obama.

E! Entertainment Television isn’t planning to celebrate America’s independence from the crown this Fourth of July. Its greatest patriotic effort has mustered one article about red-white-and-blue apparel and another about holiday-themed make up. It will, however, be broadcasting naked celebrities in bed with Kanye West.

Sometimes you just have to bite the hand that feeds you. Open Society Foundations, the group backed by liberal billionaire George Soros, was ranked the least transparent think tank in the United States by a group it funds.

Part Two of NewsBusters' Special Report: Hillary Clinton's Media Fan Club. When Hillary faced tough questions or scrutiny over her scandals, members of her media fan club cast her critics as motivated by sexism and antagonism to her feminist achievements.

Although the liberal media often turn to critics of genetically modified foods, a group of award-winning scientists not only affirmed the safety of GMO foods, they criticized Greenpeace for “obstruction.” More than 100 Nobel Prize winners signed a letter criticizing environment group Greenpeace’s campaign against genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The letter accused Greenpeace of opposing “biotechnological innovations in agriculture” and misrepresenting the “risks, benefits, and impacts” of GMOs.

Editor’s Note: Normal people might find some of this offensive.

“All hope abandon, ye who enter here.” That was Dante’s warning about entering hell. I’ll be your ferryman to that infernal place known as the Left. This week seems especially disturbing.

Liberals put the freak into getting freaky. The more bizarrely sexual something is, the more liberals embrace it. This week I was reminded of how perverted and perverse left-wing websites can be. To give you a hint, the article on idiots who use electroshock therapy during sex didn’t even make the cut.

On June 8, Tim Graham at NewsBusters noted how Stephen Henderson at the Detroit Free Press had gone on an unhinged, murder-advocating rant against Michigan Republicans legislators for agreeing to a $617 million bailout of Detroit's public schools while continuing to support charter schools there. Reacting to the legislation, Henderson, in a June 4 column, called for charter school backers to be "sewed into a burlap sack with rabid animals and thrown into a lake to drown – if they aren’t eaten first." He reiterated his call for violence later in the same column: "A sack. An animal. A lake. No lover of actual democracy could weep at that outcome."

Now this disgraceful excuse for a journalist, despite a Pulitzer Prize supposedly saying otherwise, is outraged — outraged, I say — at the very idea that people are describing the Detroit schools' bailout as, well, a "bailout."

Early Thursday morning news broke that a 13 year girl was brutally murders in Israel, and later that day it was release that she was American and killed by a Palestinian terrorist. As Fox News’ Bret Baier reported on Special Report, “Police say a Palestinian teenager snuck into a Jewish settlement Thursday and stabbed a 13-year-old American girl as she slept in her bed.” But the networks were silent about it that evening, they instead chose to dedicate six minutes and six seconds to Defense Secretary Ash Carter allowing transgender people to openly serve in the military.

On Thursday, the “big three” networks of ABC, CBS, and NBC saw no interest in reporting that a possible Hillary Clinton vice presidential running mate had accepted more $160,000 in gifts while an elected official in Virginia as the veepstakes moves into its later stages. In a piece published early Thursday morning by Politico, Democratic Senator Tim Kaine (Va.) had accepted “more than $160,000 in gifts from 2001 to 2009, mostly for travel to and from political events and conferences.”
