CNN Asks Anti-Prop 8 Plaintiffs If They're 'Considered Heroes'
CNN host Randi Kaye was eager to provide same-sex marriage supporters with a stately platform on Wednesday afternoon. In her interview of the plaintiffs in the case to overturn California's ban on same-sex marriage (Proposition 8), she gleefully asked them about their wedding plans. Then Kaye teed them up again with this softball question: "Are you considered heroes by those who support same-sex marriage? What are you hearing from people?"
At the end of the interview, the couple invited certain GOP opponents of same-sex marriage over to their house for a conversation on the matter. Kaye promised CNN would cover it and quickly added "And, we'll bring the meal." [Video below the break.]
Kaye did once ask them to respond to the opposition's claim that Proposition 8, which was passed by voters, was struck down by the courts. "And some of those say that, you know what, it's the voters' voices that need to be heard, not the courts," Kaye stated.
However, the rest of Kaye's interview oozed with sympathy for the couple. She asked them if they were "concerned" about the Republicans winning the presidential election, noting that "all the GOP candidates except Ron Paul support a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage. Rick Santorum has actually said that he would actually nullify all existing same-sex marriages."
"So are you concerned at all, Paul, about the election later this year?" she asked one of her guests.

..............and they refer to this garbage as "Journalism?" Another CNN affirmative action twit asking the usual softball questions of Darryl and Darryl. Sad to see how far our country has fallen into the cesspool.
Heroes?

Really? Heroes of the butt brigade maybe (apologies to our gay conservative friends), but heroes? That is a word that should be held for those who really deserve it. Like the thousands of unsung heroes who've returned from Iraq and Afghanistan to absolutely no fanfare whatsoever. Rather they return to no jobs, homes that have been foreclosed on, and the scorn of these idiots that have the balls to call a gay couple that want to get married "heroes". I just don't know whether to sh!t or go blind any more listening to these nitwits.

Once again the will of the people goes right out the window and liberal judges are now in control of the state. What's unConstitutional is that our votes are now null and void in a Democracy and these judges will always trump the power of We the People.
Why...

Why do all GAYS AND STRAIGHTS hate bi-sexuals? Why does marriage have to be just between TWO people when bi-sexuals are clearly capable of loving both men AND women?
And WHY oh why does society hate people who want to marry their own sisters and cousins etc. Love is love and we should all celebrate it wherever we find it, right?
And WHY oh WHY do republicans want to deny people the right to marry their pets. What's with all the "species-ist" discrimination?
Let's go America - let's just it get it over with and make marriage perfectly meaningless. THAT will help.
They may be heroes in this

They may be heroes in this fallen world that is ruled by Satan, but eventually they're gonna have to answer to Jesus Christ for disregarding his word. And then, the least of their worries is gonna be Prop 8.
