How deep into the Dem mindset is Joe Klein? The Time columnist can't figure out why Hillary Clinton drives Republicans round the bend. Klein candidly admitted so today, chatting with Brian Williams on MSNBC.
BRIAN WILLIAMS: On the Republican side, does John McCain blunt back the attack, the insurgents on the right?JOE KLEIN: I think to a certain extent he will. He'll have a lot more -- you know Hillary Clinton as the Democratic nominee would give him a great assist. Because the Republicans are completely berserk for reasons that kind of escape me about Hillary Clinton. She's not a wild lefty, she's a fairly moderate person. But she's the enemy, and if she materializes on the Democratic side, you're going to have a united and fierce Republican party.

That Klein believes Hillary Clinton is "fairly moderate" -- she who wanted to nationalize health care before nationalized health care was cool, she of the historical disdain for the military, she of the "it takes a [big government] village" mentality -- goes a long way in explaining why Republican aversion to Clinton escapes him.
But surely our readers can further elucidate Joe as to just what it is about Hillary that drives Republicans wild.

This was essentially an advice column, pure and simple. Needless to say you would never see the same offer of advice to the Republican Party. Joe Klein has no objectivity and hundreds of examples of bias towards the Dems. That is, he has no credibility just like Time Magazine.

February 12, 2008 - 16:34 ET by fitzfongIf Joe Klein wants to know why Republicans and even a lot of Democrats detest Hillary Clinton, perhaps he should read or watch "Primary Colors". The book (and screenplay) was written by "Anonymous"...wait a minute, "Anonymous" turned out to be...Joe Klein.

February 12, 2008 - 17:03 ET by Lame CherryJoe Klein if you see the way he mood swings to trying to rip out Dick Armey's appendages at the Swamp to these bizarre things he comes up with like the above mirrors someone so stoned on meth or sniffing paint fumes that I just start laughing how odd ball his mind is not working.
Fairly moderate Hillary wants to communize the United States health system which will bankrupt America and turn the US into a 3rd world Soviet state.
If you noticed no dead people, plane crashes nor stolen FBI files have occurred in the Bush White House and yet there were dozens with Hillary around with her fingerprints on the files.
Apparently Klein in his dope snorting binge with Bill in writing his book and lying about it, has the perfect solution in life in ridding the world of despots.........one just calls Stalin fairly moderate, Saddam fairly moderate........and people like Refuseniks and Kurds who battled such things are hate filled zealots.
Explains all apparently in life to Joe Klein.
And for the record Dopehead Joe, Hillary is not an enemy to me nor to any Conservative. She is just a misguided woman using power to make up for her lack of self esteem and using voter popularity to make up for being an ugly girl.
She steals and accepts bribes to fill her void and thinking if she buys people's loyalty in health care she will finally be loved.
She is like you Mr. Klein, a screwed up emotionally and mentally unfit American. Big money in that now days though as shills like you get Soros funds so he can with his cronies take over and rule the world.........a world you think you will rule in, but you will be one of the first in a re education camp as your purpose is done when the Republic falls.

Hillary has a lifetime conservative rating of 8%, and idolized a known Marxist. Hillary is no moderate. She *may* be a moderate as liberals go( I said *may*), but in no way does that make her a moderate on the political scale as a whole.
