Palin on NBC: 'I Wouldn't Waste My Time' With 'Lies' in HBO's 'Game Change'
While serving as guest host on Tuesday's NBC Today, Sarah Palin literally gave HBO's hit piece on her, Game Change, a thumbs down, and declared: "I didn't see the movie. And I wouldn't waste my time seeing the movie....because I don't waste my time on false narratives, on lies." [Listen to the audio or watch the video after the jump]
Palin made the criticism during the Today's Professionals panel segment, causing shock among the liberal pundits. Advertising executive Donny Deutsch wondered: "So you didn't like Julianne Moore?" Attorney Star Jones proclaimed how much she liked the movie and asked in disbelief: "Are you telling the truth? You didn't see it?" Co-host Matt Lauer chimed in: "You didn't see Game Change? You never saw it?"
The subject came up while the panel discussed actor Ashton Kutcher being cast as a young Steve Jobs in an upcoming film on the late Apple founder. As the others debated the decision, Palin remarked: "Well, do any of you here have experience with people being paid a lot of money to pretend like they're you?"
Talking to Meet the Press host David Gregory on March 11, Game Change co-author John Heilemann simply could not imagine why Palin would not like absurdly slanted film adaptation: "...it's hard to know why she's not happy with it....the movie is an incredibly balanced portrait of her..."
Among a long list of attacks in the HBO production, at one point, one of the characters wonders if Palin was "mentally unstable."
Here is a portion of the April 3 exchange:

SARAH PALIN: Well, do any of you here have experience with people being paid a lot of money to pretend like they're you?
DEUTSCH: I was going to ask, what do you think of Julianne Moore, who was going to do it, seriously?
[PALIN GIVES A THUMBS DOWN]
PALIN: Tina Fey was good.
JONES: I liked it, I'm not going to lie to you. [inaudible] ...to tell you. I liked it.
DEUTSCH: So you didn't like Julianne Moore?
PALIN: You know, I didn't see the movie. And I wouldn't waste my time seeing the movie.
JONES: Are you telling the truth? You didn't see it?
LAUER: You didn't see Game Change? You never saw it?
PALIN: Didn't see Game Change – no, because I don't waste my time on false narratives, on lies.
JONES: Fair enough.
PALIN: No. So I'm not going to waste my time there. But I do have to admit that Tina Fey has been pretty clever.

...lives revolve around stereotypes. Glad Palin schooled them a bit.
It may come as a shock to Lauer, Deutsch, and Jones . . .

. . . but the majority of Americans haven't seen Game Change.

I know *I* skipped it, but then I also dropped HBO. Sucks because I'll miss Game of Thrones, but I read the books...
I did NOT read Game Change because while I do read fiction, I don't read political narratives pushed by the left.

They so wish Sarah Palin was a liberal.
The real reason they hate her so much.....

IS BECAUSE SHE IS NOT A LIBERAL!
. . . and for the men like Maher, Schultz, et al . . .

. . . it's sexual. Their hormones are raging and conflicting with their hatred of her lifestyle.
Maher was honest enough to label Palin one of his "MILF." What he really means is "MILR."

HBO's fictitious movie didn't seem to do well which begs one to wonder, how many Americans did watch it? Of course all the leftist Palin haters certainly tuned in, but that's not saying much.
Palin hit this one out of the park

because no one on that set, except Star Jones, understands it when the 'lamestream' desires to 'get you'. Deutsch was in the business to building and tearing down images. Sarah did well to boost NBC's ratings which is obviously a desperate act that they bring in a Fox News contributor for a ratings booster.
When the truth smacks

When the truth smacks a liberal in the face it's an awful experience. Liberals stay as far away as possible from the truth because the truth hurts. Sarah carries the truth with her everywhere she goes, that's why they can't handler her.

"What do you mean, you don't like the movie that portrays you as a psychotic, childish Napoleon who needs to be put down?! Are you biased or something?!"
"Incredibly balanced?"

That could come only from someone incredibly imbalanced, like the director, Star Jones, Matt Lauer, etc.
Star is quite a piece of work..

Saw elsewhere she tweeted how much she hated Sarah being there, how she insisted on sitting as far away for Sarah as possible. The whiniest kinds of petty remarks.. and she flat out refuses to believe Sarah would not watch the movie that spreads lies about her..
Totally disbelieves Sarah wouldn't love the movie..
Which shows Star is dumb as a post. If some fool wrote a book about Star, based on the unsourced lies of one hateful ex-staffer, and then it's made into a movie that all her political opponents raved about as they recounted how much they loved the juiciest bits .. which Star knows to be lies..
Would she still be gobsmacked that Sarah didn't want to see the stupid movie?
probably..
Liberal is never apologizing for being stupid, no matter how shamelessly obvious it is.
