NBC Touts 'Campaign Craziness' in 'Tumultuous' GOP Race
In an attempt to make the Republican presidential race appear chaotic, on Friday's NBC Today, co-host Ann Curry turned to White House correspondent Chuck Todd and declared: "Even the word 'tumultuous' seems inadequate to describe what has happened to the GOP race in the last 24 hours." The on-screen headline screamed: "Campaign Craziness."
Todd saw only problems for the Republican candidates: "Mitt Romney still has an inability to win over conservatives and what does the party establishment do if Gingrich indeed does win South Carolina.... Do they try to rally around Romney one more time? Or do they try to say, 'You know what? Maybe it's time to look for somebody else again, because we don't think Gingrich is electable but now we're worried that Romney's not nominatable.'"
On Gingrich, Curry fretted over Gingrich not responding enough to attacks from his ex-wife: "Did he address it enough to satisfy evangelicals, who are potentially a key factor in this race in South Carolina?"
On the issue of Romney releasing his tax returns, Todd argued: "It's become a liability because he's made it a liability....it only adds to this sort of head-scratcher, you're like, 'What's going on here? Do you guys have your stuff together to be the nominee and go up against Obama?'"

The MSM "commentators" and anchors report on the Republican race like the announcers on a WrestleMania match. They have no depth, no insight, nothing of genuine interest to say and they're pandering shamelessly to the D's.
Here's what they sound like. "Oh no! Gingrich just did a back flip double screwball scissor hold on Romney, and it's ONE, TWO... oh there goes Romney, he just did one his famous blind whirlwind escapes and he's back on his feet, ladies and gentlemen! Have you ever seen anything like this in your life?? He's the only one in the world who can do that move. Now Romney just tagged Santorum and they are double teaming against Gingrich and there goes Gingrich with a double twist whammy jump right off one of the corner posts and he's got them both down on the ground in pain, ladies and gentlemen! This is amazing, just amazing."
And so on.
Pathetic.

It should be this one..
"Presidential Craziness"
...because after all, nothing in the US Constitution gives a mere Presidential candidate any power. It's the Obama's craziness that is the concern, both because he has Constitutional powers, and because he doesn't know they are limited.
I was treated to the brand-new Obama commercial.

NBC and "Obama for America" ran it tonight, but I repeat the sponsors. It was a treat, totally Bovine Scatology.
The ad claimed that, among other things, that he'd created 2.7 million "clean energy" jobs. Actually, that's the number of people working in "clean energy jobs", not the number that Barry and crew created. Another point was that Barry "toughened" ethics rules and touted that Politifact verified the veracity of that claim. What the ad left off was that Politifact revisited that claim and changed it's rating to a "Promise Broken" because Barry went out and hired just about every lobbyist that he could find.
And, the ad alluded to the "billionaire oil" people, a reference to those evil Koch brothers. Without even mentioning George Soros.
If they're running this ad, this early, Barry and Axelgrease must be just a tad worried. The ad is pathetic, truly pathetic.
