WashPost's Milbank Slams Scalia For Questions In Immigration Case
Reporter-turned-liberal columnist Dana Milbank is incensed that Antonin Scalia is, well, being himself. The Washington Post scribe -- who infamously appeared on a February 2006 Countdown with Keith Olbermann in hunting gear to mock Vice President Dick Cheney, who accidentally shot a friend during a hunting excursion -- slammed the Reagan-appointed associate justice for "verbally lacerat[ing] anybody" who "was [not] a champion of the Arizona [immigration] crackdown."
"Scalia's tart tongue has been a fixture on the bench for years, but as the justices venture this year into highly political areas such as health-care reform and immigration, the divisive and pugilistic style of the senior associate justice is very much defining the public image of the Roberts Court," Milbank complained in his April 26 column.
Of course, to the extent the Roberts Court is "defined," it's the liberal media that play a huge role in the public's definition, simply by virtue of the spin the media gives to Court rulings. What's more, such spin is rarely predicated on a careful examination of the Court's rulings.
"Technically, Scalia was questioning counsel, but at best the queries were rhetorical. At times he verged on outright heckling," Milbank carped.
Should the Court uphold Arizona's immigration law, don't expect Milbank to do much beyond heckling the Court by picking bits and pieces out of the opinion that he feels are "divisive and pugilistic," particularly if Scalia is the justice penning the Court's ruling.

Diana's panties are in a bunch again. She only throws her fits when she's scared, usually by running in circles, screaming, with her frock pulled up over her face. Sounds as if it's going to suck to be an illegal alien in Arizona. Hopefully the rest of America will follow Arizona's lead and chase the illegals out.
The performance of the Obama Administration has been so . . .

. . . pathetic that the MSM will carry the Obama 2012 mantra and blame (trumpets, please) the Extremist Far Right Supreme Court justices (a.k.a. ERWSC) for nullifying all the goodness Obama brought forth.
I wouldn't surprised to see the WaPo's despicable editorial cartoonist drawing a Supreme Court pose of the nine justices, with Scalia, Roberts, Thomas, Kennedy, and Alito sporting swastika arm bands and looming over the angelic Sotomayor, Ginsburg, Kagan, and Beyer.
Here we go again!

Point of interest, the Nazis were socialists, left wing radical big government controlling everything look down their noses at inferior breeds socialists.
If anybody should be wearing swastika armbands it should be Sotomayor, Ginsberg, Kagan, Beyer, and Obama.
Mass deaths, terrorizing other nations, starving their own people to death, concentration camps, re-education camps, failed economies are just some of the left wing's hobbies.

You are jealous that Scalia is soooooooooooo much smarter than you are. Grow a pair and get over it. Nobody really cares what you have to say anyway. You are a joke.
This is what the Left is reduced to....

With all their arrogance and pseudo highly educated posture, they talk about decisions made by a Supreme Court Justice as "mean". Are they that under developed? They sound like school yard spoiled brats.
It's not about mean or nice a-holes. It's following or breaking our laws. I know that democrats have no problem ignoring and breaking law. So when it is them peeing on our laws it doesn't even warrant discussion. I really hope the sheeple wake up and get rid of this tumor come November.
Millbank was really funny

Millbank was really funny looking in that getup. An idiots take on what a hunter looks like. He looked more like a construction worker. The boy is missing more than a few marbles.
Millstone's biography

There's nothing about his education in his WaPo bio, and at Wikipedia, it only says he went to Yale and graduated. No info about major, degree, and plaudits (you know, the laudes and anything with cum in it).
Did he even go to the Yale extension course "Law for Dummies" that Plain Ol' Greenhouse took? Who knows?
And he's wringing his hands over Scalia's tartness. Oh, poor boy. Any one of the nine justices, even the least impressive of them, has forgotten more about the law and the federal system than Millstone has ever thought about.
But I bet he fully supports

But I bet he fully supports Ginsburg who thinks our constitution sucks.
And Dana, when used by a democrat, is a girl's name.
Quite sad, actually..
