Visitors to the home page for the Yahoo! search engine today are greeted with a photo of President-elect Barack Obama from his election night victory speech from Chicago's Grant Park last night and the caption: "First truly global U.S. president."
Beneath the exultant headline and photo, visitors were teased with a link to an article on how the "world" is reacting: "Barack Obama's historic victory inspires global goodwill and celebration."

Negative to the end: To make matters worse, an article about Mr. McCain by the AP kicked him when he was down. The accompanying photos were no better. Can't the MSM show any respect at all for the Republican? Or are they too busy kissing Mr. Obama's rings?

I'm going to try and justify the headline by blaming it on their relationship with the AP. Maybe the AP did it. Yahoo! is just buying APs News Service. Whew. I feel a little better. I can only handle one life altering disaster a week and you know which one I'm going to deal with first. Yahoo! will come next.

I thought SRN would be more conservative, but alas it is not. All these "conservative" news outlets just pass the AP garbage through without any editing. You would think they could take 10 min. and edit out the bias, but nope. They base their conservative credentials on their columnists' credentials. As for alternatives to Yahoo! and Google, don't forget the behemoth in the room Microsoft. Talk about liberals, their home state just approved euthanasia. Hey wait a minute that might be a good thing. Life loving conservatives won't kill off their old, but life hating liberals will now be able to kill offf their infirm as well as abort their mistakes. That should reduce their numbers even faster. There is hope for the world! Now if conservatives are smart they won't oppose the new law and even encourage other liberal states to adopt it. They think they can solve problems, give them the chance. Since 51% of the population thinks that redistributing the wealth is the way to do it, I think that part of their appointments should be the confiscation of their personal wealth for redistribution. I'd like to add Yoko Ono to the list of appointees. You can decide where she would fit best.
