Female GOP House Members Are 'Literally Battered Women,' Democrat Tells Ed Schultz

By Jack Coleman | May 25, 2012 | 21:45

Not only that, a member of Congress doesn't know what "literally" means.

It's not often Ed Schultz is taken aback when one of his loopy left-wing guests makes an outlandish claim, but that's what happened on his radio show Wednesday. (audio clip after page break)

GOP Rep. Saying Obama 'Not An American' Labeled 'Treasonous' by Ed Schultz

By Jack Coleman | May 24, 2012 | 22:50

This one is bizarre even for Ed Schultz.

First he condemns Republican congressman Mike Coffman of Colorado for saying President Obama is "not an American" and expressing doubts about Obama's citizenship. (audio clips after page break)

Sharpton Claims New Voter Drive By Group He Leads Will Be 'Non-Partisan'

By Jack Coleman | May 22, 2012 | 22:31

More is the pity that he actually believes it.

Reputed man of the cloth and race-baiter nonpareil Al Sharpton has shown once again how he's the least credible person in media, claiming that a voter registration drive he'll oversee will be "non-partisan." (audio clip after page break)

Obama Surrogates 'Speaking Honestly' Plague His Campaign, Andrea Mitchell Tells Maddow

By Jack Coleman | May 22, 2012 | 15:00

Aided by its simpatico allies at MSNBC, the Obama campaign has swung into action to contain yet another unfortunate outbreak of candor.

That an affinity of soulmates exists between Obamists and MSNBCers was never more evident than yesterday in the wake of Newark mayor Cory Booker appearing on "Meet the Press" and opining that the Obama campaign vilifying Mitt Romney for his work at Bain Capital was as "nauseating" as a proposed GOP ad campaign on President Obama's erstwhile ties to radical cleric Jeremiah Wright. VP's Son Beau Biden Touts 'O'Biden' Campaign Event to Ed Schultz

By Jack Coleman | May 21, 2012 | 16:15

Yes, the same gaffe for which liberals mocked Sarah Palin back in 2008.

This time when it was made, on Ed Schultz's radio show, Schultz dutifully let it pass without mockery. (audio clip after page break)

Ed Schultz Manufactures McCain '08 Attack on Obama Over Rev. Wright

By Jack Coleman | May 19, 2012 | 23:30

When it comes to his memory of the 2008 presidential campaign, Ed Schultz is either dishonest or ignorant, though he might well be both.

On his radio show Thursday, Schultz made a claim that was demonstrably false -- and refuted by the source he cited to bolster it, the HBO docudrama "Game Change." (video, audio clips after page break)

Ed Schultz Enlisted in Shabby Campaign of Leaks to Defeat Scott Walker

By Jack Coleman | May 17, 2012 | 12:53

You think liberals are odious on any given day? Watch what happens when they panic.

On his radio show Monday, Ed Schultz shared two pieces of news that surely came across as sobering for his listeners. (audio clips after page break)

Maddow Hates it When (GOP) Politicians Don't Read Bills They Support

By Jack Coleman | May 15, 2012 | 18:00

Rachel Maddow is perturbed that Republican Sam Brownback, governor of Kansas, said he will probably sign anti-abortion legislation he had not read.

Yes, you certainly have heard something along these lines before. Back in March 2010, two weeks before Obamacare became law, then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi unloaded a quote that will almost surely grace her obituary, saying of the 2,000-plus page proposed legislation, "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it away from the fog of the controversy." Rachel Maddow Can't Decide Whether She Loves or Hates Democracy

By Jack Coleman | May 14, 2012 | 22:21

Rachel Maddow reveres democracy. Except when it might not go her way.

An example of this was evident on her MSNBC show Friday night when she spent yet another segment bad-mouthing Michigan's emergency manager law.  (video after page break)

Ed Schultz Insists GM and Chrysler Never Went Through Bankruptcy

By Jack Coleman | May 11, 2012 | 16:17

Ed Schultz believes you can change history by repeatedly claiming it didn't happen.

An example of this derangement could be heard on Schultz's radio show Wednesday when he insisted that General Motors and Chrysler did not file for bankruptcy. (audio clips after page break)

Military Incapable of Rendering 'Real' Justice for Jihadists, Maddow Sneers

By Jack Coleman | May 09, 2012 | 19:57

Rachel Maddow loves to gush of her admiration for Americans who serve in uniform. She also complains how it's borderline criminal that New York City has not held a ticker-tape parade for soldiers who served in Iraq.

It's all posturing, nothing more. Maddow considers the military contemptible, as true-blue leftists always do. (video clip after page break)

'Silence is Consent,' Sharpton Pontificates - Except When It's His

By Jack Coleman | May 08, 2012 | 13:41

On his "PoliticsNation" show last night, the Rev. Al Sharpton was indignant -- then again, when is he not? -- that Mitt Romney did not immediately reject a statement by a woman at a rally in Ohio that President Obama should be "tried for treason."

Romney answered the woman's question about restoring balance between the three branches of government but ignored her remark about Obama as treasonous. Approached by a reporter after the rally and asked if he agreed with the woman, Romney said "I obviously don't agree he should be tried." (video and audio clips after page break)

Mike Papantonio Actually Claims Huffington Post is 'Not Left Leaning'

By Jack Coleman | May 07, 2012 | 12:49

... which proves one thing, namely that attorney and "Ring of Fire" radio show cohost Mike Papantonio doesn't read The Huffington Post.

How can you tell you're dealing with someone whose politics could not be more obviously, obliviously liberal? When he or she denies being liberal. Conservatives, on the other hand, don't scurry from their conservatism. (audio clips after page break)

Sharpton Assures Radio Caller That Cheney's Heart Did Not Come From Trayvon Martin

By Jack Coleman | May 02, 2012 | 20:38

Al Sharpton benefits more than most radio hosts by having listeners call his show. It lets Sharpton come across as sane by comparison.

The other day, for example, Sharpton wasted little time dismissing the latest bizarre conspiracy theory making the rounds (audio clip after page break) --

Equal Pay for Equal Work at MSNBC? Liberal Network Refuses to Say

By Jack Coleman | May 01, 2012 | 18:25

In a much-ballyhooed exchange with GOP consultant Alex Castellanos on "Meet the Press," Rachel Maddow parroted the liberal trope that women receive 77 cents for every dollar earned by men in America.

Castellanos added sorely needed nuance to the conversation, as liberals are so fond of doing, pointing out that men work longer hours and in higher paying jobs and women want more flexibility in the workplace, thus skewing the overall numbers. (video after page break)

Elizabeth Warren Listed as Minority in Self-Reported Professional Directory for Nearly Decade Before Harvard Hired Her

By Jack Coleman | April 30, 2012 | 14:09

Elizabeth Warren's credibility took another hit today with stories in both major Boston daily newspapers stating that Warren was listed as a minority in a professional directory for nine years before she was hired by Harvard Law School in 1995.

The Boston Herald broke the story on Friday that Harvard Law School described Warren as its sole Native American professor during the mid-1990s when Harvard was under fire for lack of diversity among its faculty.

Harvard Law School's Sole Native American Professor as of Mid-1990s? Elizabeth Warren

By Jack Coleman | April 29, 2012 | 22:33

Yet another example of the fluid, ever-evolving liberal concept of diversity.

Back in 1996, the Coalition for Civil Rights, a student group at Harvard Law School, ran a survey to determine whether law students at the school were happy with "the level of representation of women and minorities" on the faculty, according to the Harvard Crimson.

New Moonbat Line of Attack: Rubio Campaigning With Romney as 'Homoerotic'

By Jack Coleman | April 25, 2012 | 12:56

Imagine if Rush Limbaugh said this about the two Johns ticket of Kerry and Edwards in 2004.

Randi Rhodes does what she can to make her presence known in that barren wasteland known as liberal radio. Unfortunately, it usually consists of little more than bloviating inanities. (audio clip after page break)

Rachel Maddow Seeks Dismissal of $50 Million Defamation Lawsuit Filed by Christian Rocker

By Jack Coleman | April 23, 2012 | 18:43

Claiming that her criticism of Bradlee Dean consisted of "classic opinion and rhetorical hyperbole," MSNBC pundit Rachel Maddow is seeking dismissal of a $50 million defamation lawsuit filed by Dean last year.

Dean, a Christian ministry founder, online radio host and rock drummer, alleged in his lawsuit that Maddow defamed him by falsely claiming he wants gays to be executed. (video and audio clips after page break)

Ted Nugent is to Romney What Jeremiah Wright Was to Obama, Flails Ed Schultz

By Jack Coleman | April 22, 2012 | 22:53

Schultz did this for much of last week, lashing out at rocker Ted Nugent's gung-ho rhetoric at the NRA convention. (audio clips after page break)

Most recent example -- Schultz's bloviations about the postal service on his radio show Tuesday (audio) --

Mike Papantonio Talks Down His Unhinged Claim That Fracking 'Killed Thousands of Americans'

By Jack Coleman | April 17, 2012 | 13:58

There might be hope for libtalker and attorney Mike Papantonio after all.

Papantonio, who co-hosts the weekend "Ring of Fire" radio program with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Sam Seder, was guest hosting on Ed Schultz's radio show on April 12 when he backpedaled on a claim he made about fracking earlier in the month. (audio clips after page break)

Live Report From North Korea Cut Short After NBC Reporter Describes Failed Missile as 'Enormous Embarrassment'

By Jack Coleman | April 13, 2012 | 17:58

North Koreans appear even more prickly about criticism of their dear leadership as American liberals are of theirs.

On her MSNBC show last night, Rachel Maddow was interviewing NBC foreign correspondent Richard Engel live from Pyongyang shortly after a long-range missile launched by the communist regime broke apart and crashed into the sea. (video after page break)

Rachel Maddow's Deceit About Michigan GOP Borders on Pathological

By Jack Coleman | April 12, 2012 | 18:36

How do you know when Rachel Maddow isn't telling the truth? If any sentence she utters includes the words "Michigan" and "Republican."

This habit of hers has become so ingrained that Maddow runs the risk of caricature, as in -- there she goes again, pulling a Maddow. (video and audio clips after page break)

Madame Maddow Issues Perennial Demand to Prosecute Bush War Crimes

By Jack Coleman | April 09, 2012 | 15:27

Bush Derangement Syndrome is back, coinciding -- go figure -- with another national election.

Who better to revive this pathology than Rachel Maddow, once again showing herself willing to elevate a minor story to seismic importance if doing so puts Dear Leader in a more glorious light. (video clip after page break)

By Jack Coleman | April 05, 2012 | 20:03

Move over, Mike Malloy -- you might not be the most unhinged man in media.

Malloy's competition for this dubious distinction comes from Mike Papantonio, co-host of the radio show "Ring of Fire" when he isn't chasing ambulances to drive up billable hours or appearing on MSNBC. (audio clips after page break)

Do You Know Any Woman Who Doesn't Use Birth Control? Dan Rather Asks... Rachel Maddow

By Jack Coleman | March 29, 2012 | 18:32

At least one comes to mind, Dan. Guess who?

Turns out that oft-flogged figure from liberals of 98 percent of American women using contraception is too low, at least according to former CBS News anchor Dan Rather, who's now working at something or someplace called HDNet. (video clip after page break)
