NBC's Mitchell Focuses on 'Another Distraction' for Santorum Before Primary
Uniquely among the broadcast network evening newscasts on Monday, NBC Nightly News correspondent Andrea Mitchell focused attention on Rick Santorum's appearance with a Christian pastor who recently introduced the GOP presidential candidate at an event in a controversial manner. Mitchell introduced her piece:
Romney did get some attention today when he acknowledged that the economy is improving. But then Santorum also raised eyebrows by saying he's not concerned about unemployment, his point being that government should not be in the business of creating jobs. And Santorum was also asked today about a Louisiana pastor who introduced him outside of Baton Rouge last night with some fiery words.
Then came two clips of Baptist Pastor Dennis Terry:
PASTOR DENNIS TERRY, GREENWELL SPRINGS BAPTIST CHURCH, CLIP #1: If you don't love America and you don't like the way we do things, I have one thing to say: Get out!
PASTOR TERRY CLIP #2: I said we don't worship Buddha, we don't worship Mohammed, we don't worhip Allah. We worship God. We worship God's son, Jesus Christ.
After Mitchell recounted, "This afternoon, Santorum responded," came a clip of Santorum: " I think I made it pretty clear throughout my campaign that I believe very much in freedom of religion."
Mitchell concluded: "So it's another distraction on the day before yet another crucial primary showdown between these two candidates."

Andrea yells Hey, look what I found!! Look at this! No, not that, THIS!!
and then purrs Poor Rick, it's just another distraction.
They reeeally hate Santorum.
Drudge is getting desperate with his flogging for Romney. Yesterday he was touting that Santorum endorsed Romney in 2008 (when Santorum wasn't in the race), failing to mention that the only other choice was RINO McCain!
So I guess Rick should drop out and endorse Romney now.
Saw that too on Drudge.

Sorry Matt... your bias is definitely showing. Pretty cheap shot on your part. 1500+ days? You could have written 4 YEARS as your headline, but no...
Matt, you're losing credibility, my friend.
"There... Are... Four... Lights!"
Glad I'm not the only one who noticed Drudge's working for Mitt.

It would be great if the level of obvious, active support for Romney was reduced, but that may be asking too much.

Yeah, Drudge is basically saying if Romney was good enough for you in 2008, what are you still doing here?
Matt Barber has a good anthology of Drudge's attack activism on Romney's behalf.
The Drudge Distort
Drudge destroyed his credibility. I hope it's worth it to him.
LEFTISM AS PSYCHOPATHY

Before I read “Leftism As Psychopathy” by John Ray (M.A.; Ph.D.), I was merely repulsed by the Left. Now, I am scared to death of them.

To more fully comprehend the Left, one must read “Leftism As Psychopathy” by John Ray, M.A., Ph.D. Caution, it might scare you a little bit.

Did this pastor include disparaging racial comments? Did he denounce the United States? Did he blame all the trouble in this country on Buddhists and Muslims? Has Santorum been going to Dennis Terry's church for 20 years and did he have his children baptised there? No? THEN STFU! This is a non-story, you ignorant twit. Where were your "distractions" over Obama and Rev Wright? You couldn't be more blatantly biased if you consciously tried...
Was Mitchell concern about Cee Lo introduction at Obama...

...at fundraising event?
Cee Lo sings 'F**k You' at Obama fundraiser
Of course she didn't.
Did Andrea get upset about when at an Obama for America fundraiser which Michelle Obama attended and Robert De Niro asserted that America “wasn’t ready for a white first lady.”
Of course she didn't and I doubt that any of her leftists colleagues at NBC/MSNBC found these incidents obnoxious or that they even qualify to raise any eyebrows either. That's hypocrisy and bias reporting which the left excels at.
