Former Democrat-turned-Republican-turned-conservative Libertarian (at least until true fiscal conservatism returns to the Repulican Party) currently going through a mid-life career change in the northern suburbs of Atlanta. I sit before my monitor on a daily basis watching my fellow citizens, many whose mind's have been numbed by decades of government "education" and increasing indifference toward true individual freedom, willingly cast their votes in ever increasing numbers to surrender their freedom in the hope that they are somehow purchasing security.
In the end, they will discover what all citizens of free republics who have followed this route ultimately realized: The "security" is a lie.
