I am a happily married father of 7 and try to be a devout Catholic. I certainly strive for obedience to the magisterium of the Catholic Church. My politics lean right and I am a conservative. Living in Philadelphia is a challenge for me as it is an extrememly liberal city. Not only are our newspapers and local news celebs left wing but even our local sports radio station leans heavily left. The DJ's on the sports station will espouse the political extreme liberal talking points at the drop of a hat leaving no recourse but to change the channel. All attempts to engage the liberal radio personality in any type of reasonable discourse quickly becomes a nasty name calling diatribe by the "professional" and the show then moves on. I point all this out as a way of saying a conservative Republican in Philly is a person without a voice. I enjoy visiting your site to get a dose of reality as well as intelligent thoughts and opinions. At times I get so engrossed in the articles and opinions that I would like to add my 2 cents. Hence, the reason I now am attempting to register at your site. Hopefully, you will accept my request. If not, I plan to continue to enjoy your site anyway. Thank you.
