I earned a bachelor's degree in economics from UCLA during the Reagan years and a master's degree in taxation from Golden Gate University. As a CPA and real estate executive, I see first hand how taxes affect business and investment decisions. I have been a conservative even before I knew what that meant. From a young age I have seen through media bias and reporting - the obvious and the subtle.
