Jason, an attorney and legal business consultant, has spent his career assisting legal professionals with the use and development of technology in the practice of law. Jason’s experience includes complex enterprise software implementation, trial technology consulting, and experience as a licensed attorney. Jason has consulted on some of the nation’s largest trials, and has developed a client base that includes dozens of Global 100 firms. He has been instrumental in the founding of several successful startup companies.
Jason launched his blog, TexasRainmaker (formerly known as Generation Why?) in March, 2003 and has authored many articles for national publications. Jason has been invited to speak before national legal conferences on the impact of technology on the industry.
In the Fall of 2004, Jason was proud to serve as part of the Republican National Committee’s 72-Hour Legal Task Force team, monitoring the election in Philadelphia, PA.
Jason has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and Time Magazine. Jason also writes for BlogsForBush, GOPBloggers, Newsbusters, and NoAgenda.org.
The blog was recently nominated as a Finalist for the Weblog Awards’s “Best of the Top 501 - 1000 Blogs“.
