while i share the conservative viewpoint on issues such as abortion, fiscal conservatism, gun control, & gay marriage, i believe that conservatives today are straying from fiscal conservatism, and i don't agree with their stance on the Iraq war, torture, and a couple other issues. these are not necessarily integral to the republican party. i think our media is not doing its job in informing us, which is why i joined this group.
