I'm a moderate liberal who believes in individual rights, open government, diplomacy, respectful debate and hockey.  Long live hockey.

I'm also a professional journalist.  Not a blogger... I actually go out and get stories and get paid to do it.  So, my viewpoint may be a bit unique on this site.

I'm happy to talk about anything - I love politics.  I only ask for polite discourse.  We're always going to have differences... but, should also always have respect for those differences.
