- I'm a long time reader of Mews Busters, and an even longer time fan of Mr. Bozell. I always have an opinion on every article I read, but rarely find that it hasn't already been expressed in a previous comment. But every now and then I seem to have a unique insight or perspective on a topic at hand, or one that has not yet been expressed my another. At those times I experience a feeling of dissapointment and of opportunity lost. I want to remedy this by commententing on such postings when these situations arise. The impetus for my application is the following quote by Michael M. Bates on March 21, 2009 - 18:08 ET "No doubt most presidents have had difficulty keeping their campaign promises. Then again, unlike Obama, most presidents have not enjoyed solid majorities in Congress, a never-ending campaign orchestrated by presidential loyalists, and a fawning mainstream media constantly cheering them on." It is so singularly, simple, and suucint. Every American should be wary of these three icreasngly undesirable realities. A sigle ideology in control of both Legislative and Executive branch is of concern enough. For that ideology to be marketed as Pop culture idolization in "a never-ending campaign orchestrated by presidential loyalists" makes it even more alarming. But to have "a fawning mainstream media constantly cheering them on." is downright dangerous. Who among us can deny this is happening? Who among us can deny this is bad?
