Sgt. U.S. Army. Prior service ('86 to '93). Rejoined in '05 specifically to go to Iraq to find out for myself how good/bad it really is. Injured in a training accident, unable to deploy, awaiting medical evaluation board.
UPDATE: I was found unfit for duty because of my injuries. Awaiting discharge from the Army. Oh well, I tried.
UPDATE: Call me Mr. Goldean. lol. Medically retired again! Fighting the V.A. since I got out.
