ABC, CBS and NBC Spike Colorful Revelations About Berger's Pilfering of Secret Papers

The AP obtained the November 4, 2005 report from the Inspector General of the National Archives and in a dispatch late Wednesday led with how “President Clinton's national security adviser removed classified documents from the National Archives, hid them under a construction trailer and later tried to find the trash collector to retrieve them, the agency's internal watchdog said Wednesday.” But despite the colorful details about how Sandy Berger cut the documents, about the Clinton administration's reaction to terrorist threats in 1999, into small pieces, the broadcast networks weren't interested Thursday morning or evening even though the report discredits Berger's claims he simply accidentally mishandled the documents.

The evening newscasts, which all began with the bad weather in the Rocky Mountain states and how four Marines were charged with murder for the alleged massacre in Haditha, didn't utter a syllable about Berger's apparent efforts to cover up an aspect of how the Clinton White House responded to a terrorist threat. Yet they made room for more frivolous topics even before the usual end of the newscast human interest piece. ABC's Charles Gibson allocated a full story to the recovery of race horse “Barbaro” and 30 seconds to how "a public health advocate" reported how much exercise it takes to work off holiday calories, such as 37 minutes of walking to "burn off" a gingerbread cookie. CBS devoted to a two-part Katie Couric interview, consuming nine minutes of air time, to the widow of the mountain climber found dead on Mt. Hood. NBC's Brian Williams had time to highlight how the Governor of New Jersey signed a civil unions law and NBC ran a full story on how “the first Muslim elected to Congress comes under attack by a colleague over religion.”

TV Morning Shows Largely Ignore Damning Details On Sandy Berger

Kudos to "Fox and Friends" as they were the only morning news program on Thursday to extensively cover the Sandy Berger story. Mr. Berger, former National Security Adviser to President Clinton, pled guilty in federal court for stealing classified documents from the National Archives, but a Wednesday AP story revealed that the details of Mr. Berger's offense were far more damning then we had previously known including that he hid  the documents in a construction site before destroying them.  CNN’s "American Morning" and ABC’s "Good Morning America" both offered brief news reads on the subject. CNN’s coverage totaled 24 seconds while ABC’s totaled 23 seconds. CBS’s "Early Show" and NBC’s "Today" both ignored the story completely.

The E Coli Outbreaks Are Not Random And .........
The Government Knows This

In early spring of 2006 I found several postings on the net by illegal alien groups calling on all illegal alien food handlers / pickers / and restaurant workers to give legal Americans food poisoning by using their own feces.

The posts I found stated that all the illegals should give Americans "Montezuma's Revenge" which is what Mexicans call severe diarrhea.

E Coli gives you severe diarrhea.

I REPORTED THIS DIRECTLY TO I.C.E. (Immigration and customs enforcement) at 1-866-347-2423

I spoke with a live operator who took the report including the URL for each post I had found, several were located on the http://www.aztlan.ne... web site.

THIS WAS REPORTED TO ICE BEFORE THE FIRST SPINACH E COLI OUTBREAK.

All the original posts are now gone, I assume the Gov. got them pulled, BUT THEY ARE DOING NOTHING ELSE ABOUT IT.

ALL THE E COLI OUTBREAKS HAVE BEEN A SPECIFIC STRAIN, CARRIED ONLY IN HUMAN FECES AND IN SOME ANIMALS FECES

You Connect The Dots .............

Maybe the Government thinks it will stop when the new Dem. Congress gives them all Amnesty and nobody will be the wiser.

WELL I KNOW, AND NOW YOU DO AS WELL.

WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE THE GOVERNMENT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES SAFETY.

CNN Disguises Left-Wing Activist as Everyday Mom

On Thursday’s "American Morning," CNN correspondent Dan Lothian reported on the controversy over a new Christian video game that, according to co-host Soledad O'Brien, "critics say" encourages "hate and religious intolerance." Who are these critics? Well, if you believe CNN, they are simply parents and concerned citizens.

In reality, the experts are actually committed left-wing activists. The video game in question, "Left Behind: Eternal Forces," is based on the popular series of religious books. Mr. Lothian informed his cable audience that some people have attacked the game, which features characters battling the anti-Christ and fighting for souls, as bigoted. During the segment, Lothian talked with Rebecca Glenn, who he described simply as "a Christian" and who the onscreen graphic labeled a "parent." Left out of the story? Glenn is also the co-president of CrossWalk America, a left-wing, "progressive" group that fights "radical fundamentalism." Oh, and her organization is also leading a boycott of the game. Think CNN and Dan Lothian should have mentioned that fact?

Hannity and Colmes Panel Debates Sean Penn’s Impeachment Statements

As reported by NewsBusters, actor Sean Penn made some fairly ridiculous statements about President Bush at an awards ceremony on Monday. On Wednesday’s “Hannity & Colmes,” the panel discussed these inanities, with radio host Michael Reagan sitting in for the vacationing Sean. Colmes set up the discussion, “So is Hollywood out of touch with mainstream America or are they saying exactly what Americans want to hear?” Fox News’s Greg Gutfeld was first up (video available here):

No, actually, I wouldn't even argue with any of Sean Penn's assertions. I have no problems with what he says. What I love about him, though, is that when he does these speeches or when he's on Larry King, he keeps talking about censorship and how people are out to shut him up. But somehow he never shuts up. He just keeps talking. So every time he ever says that, he undermines his own argument. And that's why I love him.

I agree. Alas, Colmes didn’t, and proceeded to bang the same absurd drum he had the evening before with the MRC’s Brent Bozell:

Scarborough Panel Discusses Impeachment of ‘Isolated’ ‘Delusional’ President Bush

MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough invited a group of “heavy hitters” on to “Scarborough Country” Wednesday, and the discussion quickly moved in the direction of why impeachment proceedings of President Bush should be commenced due to his handling of the war in Iraq (video available here). After addressing what the President said at his morning press conference, Scarborough got the bash-fest started:

Yes, those words coming from the man who`s decided the only way to turn things around in Iraq is by sending in more troop. Despite being told by the Joint Chiefs, Colin Powell and the man running the Iraq war, General Abizaid, that sending more troops to Iraq would only get more Americans killed…Now, seeming to confirm his opponent`s worst suspicions that this president does not value the opinions of those with whom he disagrees, Mr. Bush has now decided to go it alone in Iraq against the wishes of his allies, against the desires of his fellow countrymen, and yes, even against the advice of his own generals.

Scarborough then got his first guest involved in the bashing:

Russert: W's Iraq Surge Decision 'Lose-Lose'

A classic MSM damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don't moment on this morning's "Today". Tim Russert declared that when it comes to his surge-or-not-to-surge decision on Iraq, President Bush is in "a lose-lose situation."

According to Russert, if the president proceeds with the surge, the Dem-controlled Congress will hold hearings with experts "and they will give the president a very difficult time on the surge capacity."

Continued Tim: "On the other hand, if the president decides not to go forward with the surge of American troops, many members of his conservative base, particularly the neo-conservatives who have been supporting this war, will be agitated with him."

Donald Trump Announces Lawsuit of 'Crude' and 'Ignorant' Rosie O'Donnell

Multi-billionaire Donald Trump has announced that he is suing comedian Rosie O’Donnell. As reported by Access Hollywood (video about their ongoing feud available here, as well as here courtesy of our friend at Ms Underestimated, emphasis mine throughout):

Earlier this afternoon Trump announced he is filing suit against the TV talk show host. "She says things that come to her mouth, she's not smart, she's crude, she's ignorant and to be honest I look forward to suing Rosie," he told our cameras. "I'm gonna sue her and I look forward to it. She's really very dangerous for the show."

Trump declined to elaborate on the details of his proposed legal filings, but added O'Donnell will understand his reasoning. "Rosie will find out what we're suing her for. She knows what we're suing her for," he said adding the lawsuit is already in the works. "It's something I look very forward to," he added.

The article continued with some marvelous mudslinging that makes one wonder whether or not Rosie threw chewing gum at Donald during gym class:
